Actually, it's a blast from the past :p

I realized today that when the site was relaunched as php eons ago that a number of the old html files were never copied over. The Evil Player section was lost in the dust bin until now:
https://www.casinomeister.com/evil-players/

These are three showcased douchebags - and there are plenty more. Stay tuned as I meander through days of yore up to the present making this a fulfilling evil player experience. :D

Some good reads there and some shocking photoshop work to say the least.

Geez those old explorer screenshots bring back some memories. What is that, windows 95-98.

LOL at these. Those scammer are the biggest epic failure! It didn't take long for casino and investigator to find out whats really going on turned out to be scam and fraud! Scammer and fraudster will never win at the end, always. Its nice to see this feature add in to add to my amusement and entertainment.

It would be cool to have more of those. I think most people don't really realize what the casinos have to put up with when it comes to player fraud, and even though it's funny, I'll be there's a lot of stuff like that that happens all the time. As players we should be aware that although there are some terrible casinos out there, for the most part it's not the casinos that are trying to rip off the players - a lot of it is the other way around.

Perhaps only having three examples gives the impression that these are very rare scams, or at least represent that these are the three worst cases in the long history of Casinomeister.

I agree with Chayton, how many players have the CM "crimebusters" ferretted out for being dishonest in the end? They come here crying how the casino has ripped them off, they've been cheated out of winnings, casinos don't respond, they've been unfairly bonus banned, etc, etc, etc...

Yes, there ARE rogue operations, but think of how many cases this small community DOESN'T hear about. The cases of honest players who don't realize Casinomeister exists, that they have a place they can go to receive aid. Maybe I'm being cynical, but it seems the proportion of honest to dishonest cases is truly unbalanced (leaning more towards the dishonest) lately. Multiple accounts, players who sign up for bonuses and then don't think certain aspects of the T&Cs should apply to them , or I've emailed the casino multiple times but they refuse to respond, but oops I forgot to mention I was rude and abusive in my emails,,,and the list could go on and on.

I'm sure Bryan and maxd could put together a compilation of failed PAB stories which would astonish most of us...

No - I just haven't had time in the past week to add more.

Thank you for the list :) I'm not sure some realize there are other parts of the site than the forum :D

Actually I find it interesting, if you look at the summaries from the PABs you can see that there are quite a lot LESS fraudsters making use of the PAB service.

2008: 347 PABs, 29 player fraud
2009: 317 PABs, 31 player fraud
2010: 276 PABs, 13 player fraud
2011: 255 PABs, 12 player fraud
2012 (midyear): 110 PABs, 3 player fraud

Not to say that there's not a lot of fraud still going on, but it seems like the fraudsters know better than to slip one past Max!

The total number of PABs is also falling, even though it seems casinos are getting dodgier than ever. Likely then that fraudsters know that PAB tends to expose them. Maybe Gambling Grumbles has received an increase in the number of complaints:D

I wonder if since the amount of player fraud went down, the amount of PABs that were set aside because of terms violations went up? Because after being hit with all those fraudsters, the casinos had to do those crazy terms - I can't really tell from the way it's set up, but I bet it happened.

Something else I found odd, back in 2008 and 2009, the highest number of PABs were against Microgaming, then RTG was at the top of the list for a couple years, and this year (so far) it's Microgaming again. Of course this year I'm sure the whole Purple Lounge thing pushed them to the top.

It would be interesting to be able to get a little deeper into the stats, like see how many terms violations and how many fraudsters played which software. Like Max doesn't have enough to do, heh...
