Slots.lv unfairly not paying $28,825 in winnings.

So I'm a desirable player who loves to gamble wildly including raising my wagers to the highest level when ahead until I win big and that's when they decide to enforce the rules that are listed in hidden places?

You're confused. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though I suspect you're playing dumb and know exactly what's going on. It's not big bets that casinos like. It's total money wagered. If you stuck around and wagered another $100k+ after completing your bonus (which doesn't take that long at $100 spins), your wild gambler story might add up. But the casino isn't buying it and I probably wouldn't either.

Honestly, reading your last post, I think you're just trying to use the people here to your advantage to exert pressure on slots.lv and know exactly why they kept your money. In addition, you violated both the spirit of the terms AND the explicit terms of the site. You have no chance.

Well this will be my last post in the thread since it's probably just going in circles now, unless it's to something other than OP's case.

Give it up. You broke the rules and its within their right to void your winnings. You're going around in circles trying to blame everything and everyone else except for yourself. Trying to blame a casino affiliate site for not having 100% accurate info is nonsense when it ultimately comes back to you to check all bonus terms yourself. There are TONS of casino affiliate sites out there, you playing ignorant here isn't going to change that. Terms change all the times and I doubt there's any formal mechanism of which casinos notify all affiliates of the changes.

It's obvious that repeatedly depositing while using deposit bonuses and then doing huge intial bets is bonus abuse. No casual player would do that.

All this group's casinos are well-known for paying out 6 and 7-digit jackpots, so they're not trying to screw you over such a relatively small withdrawal.

Also, you continuing to involve a lawyer who has no jurisdiction or power over an unregulated offshore casino is silly. You'd be better off spending that money trying to lobby US legislation to legalize and regulate online gambling.

Wow, I must have struck a nerve here because the amount of defense of Slots.lv and attacking me is quite significant.

A few points stand out:

1. I am NOT blaming the affiliate site. I am blaming Slots.lv for not updating the affiliate sites. I don't completely buy that Slots.lv cannot contact the affiliate sites but what about that they (their DRO) was informed of the affiliate situation in May and KasinoKing only found out about it now because of this thread? How does one explain that? Clearly Slots.lv was then ok with this misinformation being advertised.

2. I read a significant amount of rules and did not find them. Is it ok for slots.lv to mislabel the rules and then say they were there? Please tell me you think this is ok and I will not ask anymore. Do you not think slots.lv has a responsibility to clearly label their rules if they wish to be considered an honorable casino?

3. Since when is a highly regarded casino allowed to invoke the "spirit of the terms" as zreb said?

Slots.LV was the first casino that I every won big at ($5,000) and they paid me without any problems.

Of course, I did win this amount without using a dreadful bonus.

@CMPS831 the unfortunate thing is that you won 28k+ from deposit match bonus which means that you're bound to a shit load of rules and regulations that a person like myself just doesn't have patience for.

It sucks, but good luck nonetheless!

Yea i figure if I don't have x amount to play borrowing it from a casino just spells headaches, especially because i truly believe their slots rtp bump a notch overall with bonus funds as it always seems people with the huge pays were on a bonus but have to widdle it down for playthru or have problems like this , when I toss in my cash they can't dispute anything and that's how I like it

The max i have ever increased to is like $7.50 and thats only on Vegas2web because of playthrough requirements, that to me would be a huge red flag but i play that amount win or lost . I do agree the terms should be crystal clear and up front But its also a huge red flag.

I will say I don't quite get this line

"Bonus are intended solely for players who access the site for recreational and entertainment purposes only and are privileges offered to bettors by the Company at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to place restrictions (partial or total) when necessary – which includes (but not limited to) due to evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse."

I guess I find this to be a weird line as yea for all of us its recreational and entertainment but the sole purpose is to win some cash and it almost feels like they could just deem someone unworthy of their winnings whenever.. im not a professional obviously but hell yea if I could rack up 28k somehow using a bonus I sure as hell would.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade man but sitting in my truck getting my coffee I pulled up slots lv and in like 3 clicks I came to the rule in question

"
10. Unless stated otherwise on the specific bonus landing pages, all bonuses have a max bet restriction relative to the deposit amount. Failure to adhere to this ‘max bet’ rule may result in account closure, forfeit of the Bonus and any winnings generated during the wagering of the Bonus.

Any wagers using deposited funds or bonus funds prior to bonus completion are subject to the following maximums:

  • Casino max bet per wager - 20% of deposited amount
Now I know you've stated you know this exists but sadly I don't think it's as hidden as you'd want it to be, just sayin is all.

A long time ago I messed up on this stuff and it's why I don't use them, but again I mean I never go to slots lv and I found that super quick man.

I agree BUT lets be real here for just a second. How many players actually read through all the fine print and rules before depositing. I agree they should but we both know how many actually do read them THOROUGHLY. I mean even i just kinda glance through them. When using a Bonus i just read the playthrough and which are excluded. I usually never read the fine print....

On someone's first rodeo I agree but I got banged outa money one time Dream and since then I made sure to get EVERY tidbit rule down if I ever used anything since. I mean they are fussy as fuck about what one can or can't do so even tho in life I typically don't read any fine print, I will with casinos as you could be rolling along and wasting time if you violated something

Ya i know just saying though. Many dont read the fine print cause they are pages long sometimes. This is why i like to just play with my own money rather than use bonuses....Then any winnings are mine without worrying about playthrough or the fine print.

I feel as though their max bet rule is the least of your worries in terms of what can be deemed as "Permitted Play/Bonus Abuse.
Maybe my play style was more sporadic than most, but things like increasing your bet? Also, why have the double-up feature enabled on the game, if it isn't allowed?

Prohibited play is considered bonus abuse and is not permitted on the Site. Prohibited play can include (but is not limited to) low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets, or hedge betting. These are considered prohibited play when done purposely to exploit bonuses; in addition, the following types of play are considered prohibited play:

  • Increasing the balance and then changing your gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure or other patterns of betting) to complete any wagering requirements of any Bonus;
    • Moving from a low weighted game based (table games) to high weighted game (slots or specialty game);
    • Two tier betting (where large bets are placed on high variance outcomes, before switching to normal variance outcomes to clear wagering requirements)
    • Increasing your balance after placing high value bets and thereafter proceeding to place bets of less than half of the prior bet value, in order to meet bonus wagering requirements;
  • All-in type wagering in a “do or die” style with deposited funds and bonus funds with the intent of gaining an edge on rollover requirements,
  • Using any betting system or placing even money bets on any game of chance, and / or
  • Using the "Double-Up" or gamble feature within a game to increase win values;
  • Wagering on Games that do not contribute towards wagering requirements or games with a 0% wagering weight applied to them as specified in the specific bonus landing page terms;
  • Wagering on games with bonus money to build up value, lose the bonus and then cash out on the built up value with a secondary deposit

Increasing your bet isn't against the listed rules (unless its exceeds the max bet as a result.) Decreasing it may be if it looks like you're trying to avoid actually gambling. Did you run into a problem with this casino as well or are you just saying that hypothetically you do things that they say they wouldn't like?

Basically the things they list are strategies people have used to beat them in the past that may trigger flags.

I agree with you that they should disallow games and features that violate bonus rules while you're playing a bonus, but almost all casinos have this problem - very few have systems in place to disallow you from breaking the rules. They "should", but they don't. You wonder in some cases if the casinos like it that way.

Apologies for the confusing wording I chose with no context. I was speaking in past tense, because I no longer play online slots. I never had any issues with them personally, but I have seen a handful of other people have issues with requesting payouts, with Ignition citing one of those rules. To be fair to Ignition, the players could have been taking advantage of the system.

Ignition and Bovada have always seemed to be one of the more reliable and reputable sites for players from the US, who don't live in a state with their own gambling regulations in place.

Cashouts Zreb, oh believe me I'm already in a cold snap ...I mean im cashing out but not in the massive chunks I was. For about 3 years there I was on the hottest streaks ever to where people just flat out didn't believe me ,I had to start taking pictures of my checks and my cash outs so that friends would believe me. I was just on fire and like I said I still cash out regularly but not in such massive amounts, but it was all done on bovada, sloto and inetbet

The only place I used bonuses was Posh as they were 200% your deposit with no max cash out and the rollover was very small, it was actually to good to pass on but I beat them up for about 20k and they turned them off and I haven't played there since. But out of all my playing that was really the only place I used bonuses as the other sites and their x25 x30 is just nuts to me, so I don't even do them. I figure I play what i got and nothing can be distorted as a reason to void winnings so I stick with it

Yeah I did real well at posh too, until they turned off the bonus after winning about 40000 and now they take about a year to pay me
