You're confused. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though I suspect you're playing dumb and know exactly what's going on. It's not big bets that casinos like. It's total money wagered. If you stuck around and wagered another $100k+ after completing your bonus (which doesn't take that long at $100 spins), your wild gambler story might add up. But the casino isn't buying it and I probably wouldn't either.

Honestly, reading your last post, I think you're just trying to use the people here to your advantage to exert pressure on slots.lv and know exactly why they kept your money. In addition, you violated both the spirit of the terms AND the explicit terms of the site. You have no chance.

Give it up. You broke the rules and its within their right to void your winnings. You're going around in circles trying to blame everything and everyone else except for yourself. Trying to blame a casino affiliate site for not having 100% accurate info is nonsense when it ultimately comes back to you to check all bonus terms yourself. There are TONS of casino affiliate sites out there, you playing ignorant here isn't going to change that. Terms change all the times and I doubt there's any formal mechanism of which casinos notify all affiliates of the changes.

It's obvious that repeatedly depositing while using deposit bonuses and then doing huge intial bets is bonus abuse. No casual player would do that.

All this group's casinos are well-known for paying out 6 and 7-digit jackpots, so they're not trying to screw you over such a relatively small withdrawal.

Also, you continuing to involve a lawyer who has no jurisdiction or power over an unregulated offshore casino is silly. You'd be better off spending that money trying to lobby US legislation to legalize and regulate online gambling.

Wow, I must have struck a nerve here because the amount of defense of Slots.lv and attacking me is quite significant.

A few points stand out:

1. I am NOT blaming the affiliate site. I am blaming Slots.lv for not updating the affiliate sites. I don't completely buy that Slots.lv cannot contact the affiliate sites but what about that they (their DRO) was informed of the affiliate situation in May and KasinoKing only found out about it now because of this thread? How does one explain that? Clearly Slots.lv was then ok with this misinformation being advertised.

2. I read a significant amount of rules and did not find them. Is it ok for slots.lv to mislabel the rules and then say they were there? Please tell me you think this is ok and I will not ask anymore. Do you not think slots.lv has a responsibility to clearly label their rules if they wish to be considered an honorable casino?

Yea i figure if I don't have x amount to play borrowing it from a casino just spells headaches, especially because i truly believe their slots rtp bump a notch overall with bonus funds as it always seems people with the huge pays were on a bonus but have to widdle it down for playthru or have problems like this , when I toss in my cash they can't dispute anything and that's how I like it

The max i have ever increased to is like $7.50 and thats only on Vegas2web because of playthrough requirements, that to me would be a huge red flag but i play that amount win or lost . I do agree the terms should be crystal clear and up front But its also a huge red flag.

On someone's first rodeo I agree but I got banged outa money one time Dream and since then I made sure to get EVERY tidbit rule down if I ever used anything since. Apologies for the confusing wording I chose with no context. I was speaking in past tense, because I no longer play online slots. I never had any issues with them personally, but I have seen a handful of other people have issues with requesting payouts, with Ignition citing one of those rules. To be fair to Ignition, the players could have been taking advantage of the system.

Ignition and Bovada have always seemed to be one of the more reliable and reputable sites for players from the US, who don't live in a state with their own gambling regulations in place.

Cashouts Zreb, oh believe me I'm already in a cold snap ...I mean im cashing out but not in the massive chunks I was. For about 3 years there I was on the hottest streaks ever to where people just flat out didn't believe me ,I had to start taking pictures of my checks and my cash outs so that friends would believe me. I was just on fire and like I said I still cash out regularly but not in such massive amounts, but it was all done on bovada, sloto and inetbet

The only place I used bonuses was Posh as they were 200% your deposit with no max cash out and the rollover was very small, it was actually to good to pass on but I beat them up for about 20k and they turned them off and I haven't played there since. But out of all my playing that was really the only place I used bonuses as the other sites and their x25 x30 is just nuts to me, so I don't even do them. I figure I play what i got and nothing can be distorted as a reason to void winnings so I stick with it

Yeah I did real well at posh too, until they turned off the bonus after winning about 40000 and now they take about a year to pay me
