    Hello,

    I'm new here. Looking around online for advice and information to help resolve an issue I'm having with Slots.lv (and bovada, cafecasino and ignition, which are all the same people it seems). They froze my account and are holding nearly 9K of my money I won fair and square. They said they're doing an "investigation" and that my account "may" be associated with some other account. I provided them with all the ID's, verification and information they requested and explained that I don't use any other accounts on their site and that I'm the only one playing on mine. I don't understand how they can just hold my money for over a month now when I've done nothing against their terms of service and won the money fair and square. Anyone else ever had this issue with them? Any advice on how to get my cash out from these guys? They have cashed me out a time or two before with zero issues, but this time they are holding my money. I read they gave up their license with KGC and am worried they are trying to steal the money... not sure what to do here. Thanks for reading.

    @ OP: did you read the FAQ as asked (and very rightly STRONGLY recommended by Kasino King)? I reckon we could have avoided the delay of those errors if you had. Anyway, I'll be in touch here by Private Message so we can get those corrections and proceed.

    i am hoping this is the same person that I was speaking to a couple of days ago. he told me of issue and I said to read cm and see if they can help. if not then there may be an issue that is starting up. i will try and get in touch to see if same person. if it is I will also pass the message along to fix his errors on PAb.

    Hello. This is not the same person you were speaking to before. I just made an account and started posting on this forum which I found on google.com. I was looking to the community of other gamblers to see if they have ever had this experience with this site or another site and what they did to get their money. Thanks.
