Slots LV NO PAY!!

Just wanted to give everyone a warning that Slots.lv is not paying its customers. I have a withdrawal which has not been paid out since March 16th. I have been told numerous times it is being sent and it would take 5-7 business days. Now they have no time frame whatsoever and simply state "YOU WILL GET IT EVENTUALLY". Be very careful playing here. They are the sister site to Bovada so I would say beware of this group as well. I don't think I will ever receive my funds. Sadly there is nothing I can do about it.

I dont even get how bovada is accredited anymore. They dont answer threads/complaints or respond to PMs

Geez, one has to feel sorry for you guys in the big free land, waiting a month for a withdrawal is outrageous, even for your country.

You should have some options, after all they are licensed by Kahnahwake and accredited here at CM. I wouldn't give up so easily.

Wouldn't hold my breath for the Slots.LV rep as he wasn't online at CM for a few months now. :rolleyes:

This is why you need to use the "report a post" function, or give me a heads up. How am I supposed to know they aren't answering PMs or posts in the forum?

I have read all the posts regarding Slots.Lv and how difficult it is to get a hold of a rep. I tried to work this out with them via the email and the telephone for almost a month prior to posting my complaint. I rarely ever posts complaints, so it has to be something serious for me to come to the forums. The last time this happened to me was 2003 with GoldenPalace.. lol... I can't believe they wont pay my withdrawal. It has been processed according to them... I have lost thousands and the minute I cash out 600 it is nearly impossible to get paid. SMH

Since they are Accredited, why don't you just do a PAB?
You have nothing to lose by doing this, and it will give them a kick up the bum, if that's something which is needed (depends on exactly WHY they aren't paying you).

I have alerted my contact at the casino & made them aware of this thread.

The rep for Slots.LV has contacted me on here. So I gave them my account information. We will see what happens. They gave me a free no deposit bonus a few days ago to help try and soften things as I wait for my withdrawal. Obviously I didn't really care since I cannot withdraw and receive my funds anyways. I would also like to point out they have claimed to have processed the withdrawal but are experiencing some month long delay. So it isn't like they said they wouldn't actually pay me. They have made it abundantly clear that I "WILL GET IT EVENTUALLY" They are not willing to give me a timeframe though. Since it has been almost 4 weeks I am pretty upset. I hate having to chase down my withdrawal like this. At least the rep has contacted me, so I will let you guys know how it goes. I even told them on the telephone I would not come here and post about my experience if they paid me out last week. Oh well... I will not do PAB unless there rep cannot help me.

Someone from Slots.LV personally called me and told me they are looking into my withdrawal but unfortunately they could still not offer any time frame as to when this would be resolved. As of tomorrow it will be a month since I clicked the withdrawal button.

On a side note, I received an email from Bovada offering me a bonus and I replied to their email informing them of the fact Slots.LV has yet to pay me.

They stated that Slots.LV is a completely different entitiy with a different gaming license and run by a completely different company. Is this correct? I thought Slots.LV was connected to Bovada and that's what people have been posting for a long time. How could they be under a different gaming licence and not connected whatsoever?? Very strange.

I have no idea but I know they are having problems for sure. A few of my rl friends are having serious problems with them and I know alot of twitch streamers are having issues with slots.lv.

Bovada has ignored mine and other people PMs here even though they log into their account here pretty much daily.

Yeah, they said the withdrawal issue is ongoing and affecting a lot of people. What concerns me the most is that it seems like Bovada might be trying to move away from their connection and ties with Slots.LV. I really hope Bovada isn't having serious problems as well. I have played there a lot of times and like the sports betting, despite the fact I have yet to withdraw from them. I guess I will just limit all my online playing at Clubworld and Buzzluck since I have never had any issues with them and they pay me within a week and without hassle. It is the worst feeling in the world waiting for money that you need to help get by. I am not broke or anything, but the $600.00 I am owed can allow me to play more online etc.. I have a limit of what I can play per month and had a bad few weeks sports betting.

If I do not hear back from the rep or get payment by tomorrow night I am going to escalate this to the PAB section.Still have not received payment.

Still no movement as far as payment is concerned. However, after speaking with support they asked me to give them until tomorrow to try and get this resolved. If I do not receive payment tomorrow I will be doing a PAB on Saturday with discussion concerning some issues that are very bad for Slots.Lv/Bovada. I am hoping to avoid this route, but if need be I have no choice. Apparently there are quite a few people having issues which will also be addressed on Saturday. I am not sure if posting my findings thus far is appropriate without resorting to the PAB because it would go towards their accreditation on Casinomeister. Either way, I will let Bryan know of the results because it is important for him to have knowledge of all the accredited sites. I just don't want to publicly slam them too hard.

Received payment after PAB

I am not sure what happened with the PAB process but I got paid finally. It took about 2-3 days after the PAB for the money to go back into my account on slots.lv and then cashed out via check with them flushing the 72 hour wait period. Check came quick and is now in the bank. There is a slight hold on the check, but that is my banks fault. All good now :) Hopefully it was just because I used the visafast cashout option. Anyways.. thanks Casinomeister :)))

Unbelievable, Struggling to receive your own winnings / Money, Glad you received ok but I do wonder how many are in the same situation you was? People that do not read / know about theses forums etc,

Its funny how you went in all directions only to be lied to and said its on its way, Than as soon as a PAB you receive money? I am sorry but if a casino can pay in time frame than there is no excuse to pay in a week or over a month, These sort of casino should be blacklisted in all casino portals, There is no excuse for it

Yeah it sucks that I had to go through the entire process. I cannot say for sure whether or not it was just the PAB that pressured them. But It is horrible that this is happening to what looks likes potentially hundreds of people across various forums. This is only the second time I have cashed out from this company and the first time was via check without issue. I also think the fact you generally have to pay to have the check sent gives these casinos more incentive to pay you out because they are making $ off your withdrawal. I just wish I lived outside of the U.S to avoid this.

My wife and I are actually considering moving to Canada to get out of the U.S. and away from these regulations. I use to be a professional poker player and since I cannot play online anymore it has really hurt my income. Anyways, I hope everyone else receives their funds.

Slots.lv gave me 50 for free and I turned it into 500 and made another withdrawal. Hopefully this won't take several months to receive again. Fingers crossed.
