Betsafe, the unacceptable treatment I have received

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I have received from [Gambling Site]. Despite numerous attempts to verify my account in order to access my winnings, I have encountered persistent obstacles and deceptive practices.

The verification process has been needlessly arduous, with [Gambling Site] repeatedly rejecting documents without providing specific reasons or guidance on which ones were deemed insufficient. Furthermore, they continuously add new document requirements, prolonging the verification process unnecessarily.

Despite assurances from the support team that my account was verified and my winnings were processed and sent to my bank, the funds never arrived. Upon requesting a wire trace, I was informed that additional verification was necessary, contradicting the previous confirmation of payment.

Even more concerning is the arbitrary cancellation of a $1000 withdrawal, with no explanation or reimbursement to my player’s account. It appears evident that [Gambling Site] is engaging in fraudulent practices, withholding rightful winnings and failing to uphold their obligations to players.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify these injustices. Players should not be subjected to such mistreatment and deception when attempting to access their winnings. [Gambling Site] does not uphold the standards of fairness and transparency expected in the gambling industry, and I strongly advise against using their services.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns and ensure that justice is served.

Hmm, sounds remarkably like a long series of emails I've been receiving from a certain unhappy PABer who got the boot for being a PITA. I wonder if there isn't a resource -- perhaps a certain bot -- cranking these things out. :rolleyes:

Ah, now I get it. @Joeyninijojo1185 has a PAB against Betsafe and they've come here -- a two year old thread about the same casino -- to post about it but of course the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures strictly forbid doing that so they were being clever by saying "[Gambling Site]" instead of naming the casino directly.

Nice try, but obviously this is a Betsafe thread and your attachments show that it's Betsafe, so your intentions are clear.

@Joeyninijojo1185 your PAB is now cancelled so you're free to post about your Betsafe issue as you see fit, within the restrictions of the Forum Rules of course.

If you'd like us to help you in the future please respect the PAB Rules. If that's too much to ask I'm sure you can find other sites to assist you.

If you've read the PAB Rules -- and when you submitted your PAB you declared that you had done so -- then you'll know that posting on the forums about your PAB while your PAB is in progress is not allowed. You did exactly that and in doing so killed your PAB as per the PAB Rules. Where is the confusion?

Just to repeat, hiding the casino name in your text but posting in a thread about that casino and including attachments that name the casino make the "hiding" thing a bit silly.

As to "Already having problems with you guys ..." feel free to explain yourself in your PAB Ticket. That's what it's there for, to discuss your case. Please use it.

Ok I’ve remade another complaint ticket without any attachments with the sites name !! I didn’t know everyone could see that I thought it was only you !! I hope you guys can help me collect my winnings they’ve been lying to me saying they sent the money

You can talk about the issue in the PAB ticket, but you can't discuss your case - whether explicit or cryptic references - in the wider forum (such as this thread) until the issue has been resolved one way or another.

Ok I’ve made another complaint pab I hope you guys are able to help me
 
I've seen your new PAB and responded there. If you are unable to confine your discussion of this case to the new Ticket then it will be closed and you will have submitted your last PAB here at Casinomeister (meaning you'll be PAB-banned).

Read and respect the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures or we're done, simples.
