I just got off the phone with the casino due to the wrong rollover applied to my deposit. They could not do anything except let me know it has been escalated to upper level management and they will respond in 24-49 hours all the while I have a $7000 rollover sitting there for a lousy 51 dollar deposit.
Fair? I think not. Something has changed since they have become accredited because this is the SECOND time a screwup has happened such as this. The first time I just dumped the money and went elsewhere to enjoy my eveing playing. This time I am very angry because it showed a rollover in the window at one amount and then I was given DOUBLE that amount of rollover!!!!!!!!!
I have played here for months without a hitch and enjoyed it very much, but now, without live chat, without customer support able to rectify the problem and making me wait till it gets escalated..this casino does NOT deserve accreditaton NOW. Something is defnitely wrong and has changed here and it stinks!

I very rarely take a bonus, but I noticed the last time I did take the weekly bonus that the WR went up to I think 35X. I did not notice it until it was too late. The next time I logged in, I looked at the bonus and it said 60X. I just laughed at that. Does the weekly bonus WR go up each time you use it?
I did not complain because as I said I don't take a bonus that often here and it really would not bother me if I never took another one.
