Worth noting two errors in the review:

- The live chat isn't 24/7
- Timeout/SE isn't applied on both sites, confirmed on live chat

Happy to give these guys a go but I imagine my final review will be similar to Arcanebet. Decent overall but needs 24/7 live chat and RG tools usable by players.

Would also like to add the withdrawal times are misleading. Had support just tell me they average 8 hours for approval during business hours only.

Can you provide more clarity around this?

Our withdrawals are processed within 4 hours on average, no matter when they are requested. Support is trained to give more prudent estimates, because we prefer to under-promise and then try to over-deliver, when it comes to individual customers. When it comes to general reviews, such as the one on-here, it is of course important to state what the real average turnaround time is, hence the discrepancy between the review (also verified by a real member of the forum who had a withdrawal) and the standard CS-reply.
