Bit concerned CasinoVibes and ArcaneBet don't have both 24/7 live support and proper RG tools usable by players. I thought the standard for accredited casinos would be higher in this regard.

Makes you think doesn't it, I mean to have at least one member of staff working those additional few hours to make it a truly 24/7 live customer supported casino and deal with enquires via live chat would work out pennies/cents to these casino brands each month. I mean someone working from home getting paid min wage to cover chat support is too much for casinos to payout for???? Do casinos ever evaluate self exclusions or account closures due to the frustration of not been able to get speak to someone or forced to play email ping pong....

The amount of players who research into things these days could result in several potential customer account closures and of course bringing doubt & concern in the mind of new players, it also damages the casino's reputation and general reviews online such as TrustPilot. All because the casino is to bloody tight to pay say $350 each week or less in wages to assist players with questions or account support.

I bet you though... they have a full office Monday-Friday 9-5..... Nothing makes sense, it really doesn't.

No brand should be accredited by Casinomeister if they cannot function with the bare basics & 24/7 customer support is priority.

Sorry to say they have completely failed me on the 4 hr withdrawal process… no withdrawal on the weekend is not good either… they also keep replying to my emails that their avg is 8 hrs not 4 so the inconsistency is very frustrating.. I move on when I hear one thing and reality is another..
