Hello all,

New to the actual forum but been lurking for many years after hearing the site mentioned on a streamers youtube.

Had a really poor/suspect experience with this casino accredited at CG (Not your fault). I signed up to arcane as it was in your recommended sites. No issue there. Played, lost some won some. Nicely up in the end. Then they started sending me emails to their other casinos. So I signed up at Casino Vibes (Lost everything I made at Arcane unfort).

Fully verified at both then the day I made a small withdrawal at casinovibes I get the below emails!

*snip*

Are these normal terms/normal behaviour? Why entice me to join your sister site then send this email and banned me the same day I do a small withdrawal?

My arcane account is still open but am going to close it after this as this has really concerned me.

Any thoughts?

Had to delete your image, as per forum rules concerning the posting of sensitive or personal information in public. Please blank out names and e-mail addresses etc. Thank-you.

Email deleted as per Dunover, but I'm guessing its in a similar vein to this
During a routine search, our system picked up a series of irregularities, due to this we are required to carry out additional account verification. Kindly upload or email us the documents enlisted below at your earliest convenience:
And probably a bit similar to this but not the same due to your account at arcanebet still being open

I think they check email age as well as other risk vectors to protect themselves from bonus abuse. If you only ever have one site across their network there are no issues but if you sign up to two in quick succession or signed up to a second without having built up a "regular" profile of deposits etc, you'll probably get gubbed. It's a bit silly sending out those emails when they'll do this.

My assumption is if a player has played at one of their sites for a while, played plenty of cash only deposits and then signs up to their sister sites, they'll be fine.

Because you signed up to both so quickly and only have one (?) deposit on each with a 100% withdrawal record, no profile had been built up and depending on your risk vectors, you might have been lumped in with bonus abusers.

They are a good casino and somewhere that you can be confident to win and withdraw a huge 150k+ win etc but the pre-emptive strategy of protecting from bonus abuse is catching innocent players in the crossfire. They really shouldn't be sending out that sister site email until a lot longer into your time with them so you could have built up a profile of play and it would have been clear you were a regular player.

I didn't know about this.

However they have now sent an email that it was due to 'irregularities with my sign up'. I'm going to do a PAB as I think I know what this is to do with and have screenshots of a chat agent telling me certain things to do. So feels like entrapment.
