As the thread title describes, what is the worst casino experience you've experienced, from whether not being paid out due to playing at a rogue site, or just very poor customer service.

For me it was playing with a NDB which had a maximum cash out of $300. I made the wagering requirement and did not cash out there and then. Instead I stupidly carried on playing and managed to get my balance up to just over $2,000.

After withdrawing I then subsequently found out alas the terms of the bonus were still in play, even though I had smashed the WR, but because I had not cashed out, my withdrawal was reduced to $300 - the maximum allowed according to the terms of the NDB.

Needless to say I never ever made that mistake again,

Only ever had two slightly dodgy experiences, both involving casinomeister and some years ago now.

Pre-regulation, won about 800 euros on Dead or Alive via a Curacio casino, only for them to stall payments for a month or so. PAB’d it and the money was paid within a couple of days- never go to the bottom of why they delayed it.

The second more random one was when at a regulated Casino brand, played down a deposit bonus with high wagering down to zero, redeposited and found when I came to withdraw that the bonus terms had transferred to the new deposit which I had won about a grand on, with about 6k wagering left. Their support refused to help and I proceeded to lose the lot. I did a post about about the experience but nothing came of it.

A few months later apparantly one of the directors/owners had read about the experience randomly on here and not only managed to track down my casino account but also pay the entire grand as cash into my balance!

My worst was actually at a bricks and mortar casino (Genting). Playing live blackjack, I asked for a table increase to £1000 a box (this was about 7 years ago and the table max at this particular casino was £500). Floor manager agreed and I proceeded to lose £12k in about 8 minutes.

I went downstairs to the lobby to meet with a friend who was dropping some cash off for me, and when I returned to the table to continue playing they had lowered the table max to £500. Original floor manager had finished their shift, new one was refusing to allow me to increase my limits and said they would not go above the £500 per hand limit.

I was pissed off but continued to play - ended up with a blance of around £16k. When I said to the dealer colour me up im going home, the floor manager intercepted me on the way to the cashier and said I could have a private table with a £1k limit if I wanted it. He was politley and professionally told to fuck right off.

Never went back to that genting
