Just had a situation in the daily free games on Big Bass Blast where the skull came up on the last spin which says something like 'your spins are complete' but the game spin an actual bonus which I couldnt play out. A third fish landed on the last reel. What is the situation here? Also the points you amass aren't being alllowed to be added from the side of the game only from the main menu.

Yeah it's an ongoing problem had this issue at least 5 times nothing they can do about it untill it's fixed I've been told by support it's a pragmatic issue if you get a bonus on the last spin you won't be able to play it and you lose all the points really annoying tbh

Just another example the other day on big bass blast got bonus but never played and round ended screenshot below

From support apologies for any disappointment caused. That's unfortunately an issue with some tournaments at the moment, depending on how the specific game returns spin information to the tournament console - some games simply won't play out a bonus round if it happens on the final spin of a tournament entry.

This affects all players equally so isn't a fairness issue as it were, but our tech team are working on changes to eliminate it as an issue in future
