Just had a situation in the daily free games on Big Bass Blast where the skull came up on the last spin which says something like 'your spins are complete' but the game spin an actual bonus which I couldnt play out. A third fish landed on the last reel. What is the situation here? Also the points you amass aren't being alllowed to be added from the side of the game only from the main menu.

Yeah it's an ongoing problem had this issue at least 5 times nothing they can do about it untill it's fixed I've been told by support it's a pragmatic issue if you get a bonus on the last spin you won't be able to play it and you lose all the points really annoying tbh

From support apologies for any disappointment caused. That's unfortunately an issue with some tournaments at the moment, depending on how the specific game returns spin information to the tournament console - some games simply won't play out a bonus round if it happens on the final spin of a tournament entry.

This affects all players equally so isn't a fairness issue as it were, but our tech team are working on changes to eliminate it as an issue in future

@Slots Temple your app is becoming unplayable. So much constant lag for months and months, having to try and register into a tourney 3, 4 or 5 times ach time. Sooooo slow, grim, rubbish.

Don't see the point of having to log in as well, as occasionally I get messages from you before I've even logged in, so guessing my device or IP address is being used for that instead.

Desktop browser stuff no issues.

Yup..Push Gaming slots refuse to play on our Android tablet, others are ok, but very laggy.

We can't get that game working at the moment but have reached out to Evolution (who now own the NetEnt games studio) in the hope we can enable it in the near future.

Older games unfortunately can be problematic but we'll hopefully get this one added soon.

It's a shame there aren't any 1p tournaments as they were something I was able to play most days. And until I can build up my points to earn tickets during the month there are only 3 or 4 tournaments to play.

Nolimit City have surrended their UKGC licence which means we're unable to offer their games via the existing integration we have/had with them.

We hope to be able to re-add their slots in the future via a new integration we do with Evolution (who now own the Nolimit City Slot studio).

Gesh. I know it's not your fault NLC don't have UKGC license but that really sucks. Easily my favourite provider. Losing them a massive hit as now there's nowhere to play them in the UK on max rtp!

As to taking away the 1p tournament.

You could enter 25 times and there's a daily, weekly, monthly, daily ticket and daily app. That was 30 in total. Now it's gone from 30 to just 5 AND they're all 25 spin challenges.

You get through everything in like 10 minutes. Why did it matter if people didn't have time to enter everything? Nothing was forcing people to enter everything anyway.

Very disappointing changes.

I think the balance is not quite right but I think the sentiment is fair. I think a compromise can be found with possibly 50 spins and a couple of paid comps too? It does become time consuming towards month's end when you've accumulated all the free tickets through points though. More entries equals more chance of a potential win though and given some comps have 7 or 8k entrants you need all the entries you can get!

Well the odds of winning things are so poor the 1p was the only one worth entering so really if people were looking to maximize their time/win chance they should just skip everything else.

As to the xpoints. With the current changes I don't know how many entrants will even make it to the 2nd let alone 3,4 or 5.

I've entered everything so far this month and I'm averaging only 1443 points a day (no 100x hits so far hurts) or 289 points per entry for the 5 games. That means it will take 2 weeks for me to get 20k points for xpoints one.

At that point I'll have 6 games and in theory average 1731 points a day. Xpoints 2 needs 50k points. At that rate it would take me 17 days to get up to 50k points.

That means if I enter EVERY event EVERY day for the entire month I'll be lucky to get 1 or 2 entries into xpoints 2 at the very end of the month. Xpoints 3,4 and 5 are currently almost impossible for anyone.

There has to be more tournaments or you simply can't earn enough points to enter. Or the entry requirements have to be massively lowered. 125k points for x5? You'd need 4100 points a day average just to get 1 single entry at the end of the month!

I'm all for upping the 'difficulty' so that instead of 100's of entries to the last ones you only get 20-30 so you're almost guaranteed to walk away with something. Make them actually worth chasing.

Where are you looking for the points? I see this on the leaderboard and many, at least top 100 have qualified for the XP tournies.

Yeah not sure why the leaderboard shows those scores. But clearly people can't have those scores and if they did they'd have entered the xpoints so the leaderboard is either wrong or from last month or something.

I feel like the 1p was done away with to save money tbh. Even with max entries it was costing them £62k a year to run it. Considering they rarely completely filled up it was probably more like £70k. Guess they've decided it wasn't enough of a marketing draw to justify the cost.

But let's see after this month. I'm guessing they will make changes once they realise no one will be entering xpoints 3, 4 or 5 this month lol.

One of my fave games..Book of Power, is ticket #5, my chances of playing it this month
are more or less nil, not even close to the first xp slot at the moment!

Doesn't make sense for the leaderboard to be wrong, very odd. Shame there is no official statement. I guess all these UKGC and tax restrictions are really taking its toll now both for the player and operator.
