Regarding the terms and conditions, the match deposit bonus funds carry wagering requirements of just 20X. This is pretty low, especially for a Curacao-licensed casino, and it ensures you stand a solid chance of actually cashing out a win! The bonus funds will be credited to your account immediately; if they’re not, you must contact the customer support team before placing a wager. You also have 30 days to complete the wagering requirements.

While we didn’t find any no-deposit bonuses at CasinoVibes Casino while writing this review, we were happy to find they offer some solid additional bonuses and promotions. This includes their Good Vibes Bonus and Midweek Vibes Bonus. There is also a solid loyalty program, which we’ll cover in the section below.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

Today, loyalty programs are a lot less common than they once were, so when we were putting this CasinoVibes Casino review together, we were very happy to find a loyalty program that, in our opinion, is well above average. You can access a dedicated loyalty program page from the main left-hand side navigation menu, and here, you’ll be able to view information on how it all works.

Essentially, it’s a comp points program. Each time you place a real money bet in the casino (or live dealer casino), you earn loyalty programs and coins. The loyalty points determine your loyalty level, while the loyalty coins you can exchange for cash rewards.

Naturally, all players start at level one, and you advance tiers by earning more loyalty points. Interestingly, each game contributes points based on its RTP percentage. CasinoVibes Casino notes that these numbers are slightly rounded up or down, but that accurately represents what you can expect. The number of points required per level ranges from just one point at level two to 13,500 points for the top VIP status. Like most comp points schemes, you also earn a higher rate of points per wager as your loyalty program level increases.

When you’re a level one player, you’ll earn one coin per point, while level two players earn two coins per point. At the highest loyalty program level – nine – you’ll earn 25 coins per point!

While we were hesitant to look into the terms and conditions when we saw that loyalty program bonuses and features come with wagering requirements, we were happy to find the wagering requirements are just 5X – very reasonable, in our opinion. Once you exchange your points, you have seven days to meet these wagering requirements, which should, for most players, be more than enough time.

BANKING AND PAYMENT METHODS

Making deposits at CasinoVibes Casino is convenient, and the online casino offers various payment methods​​. You can make deposits using most major credit and debit card providers, Visa and Mastercard, and EWallets like Skrill and Neteller. Direct bank transfers are available, although they’re not the fastest. Bitcoin is available, although it’s unclear whether any additional cryptocurrencies are supported.

The minimum deposit varies depending on the payment method used. Credit and debit cards carry a $20 minimum, while other methods can require a minimum deposit of up to $750! Thankfully, the maximum deposit limits are very high; many payment methods allow you to deposit up to $200,000 per transaction! In most cases, deposits are processed instantly, although a few exceptions exist.

Deposits made via Bank Wire can take up to 10 business days to fully clear and confirm with the casino’s accounts – so you’ll need to wait for the funds to be credited to your account. If you make a deposit using Bitcoin, you’ll need to wait until the transaction is confirmed six times on the Blockchain. This is high, but it shouldn’t take more than 30-60 minutes. 

We should also note that CasinoVibes Casino does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or card issuer may apply a fee, especially if you deposit in a non-native currency, so always check with them beforehand.

Withdrawal Speed

CasinoVibes does an excellent job regarding withdrawal processing. Most deposit methods, including Credit and Debit Cards, can be used as withdrawal methods. All EWallets, as are Bitcoin, Bank Transfer, and Bank Wire, are available as withdrawal methods.

Once you submit a withdrawal request at CasinoVibes, it can take the finance team up to 24 hours to approve it. However, the casino boasts an average processing time of three hours and 55 minutes – which is incredibly fast, even by today’s standards. Once the online casino has processed your withdrawal, the time it takes to reach you varies depending on your chosen payment method.

EWallet withdrawals are instant – so once the online casino has approved your request, the funds are sent straight away. The same applies for Bitcoin. If you withdraw back to Credit and Debit Cards, it can take one to three working days for the funds to hit your account, while Bank Transfers take, on average, four to five days.

Minimum and maximum limits on withdrawals vary, depending on the payment method. For most payment methods, the minimum withdrawal amount is just $10, although some withdrawal methods have a minimum of $750.

Responsible gaming

One of the most significant issues we have with many Curacao-licensed online casinos is that their responsible gambling stance sucks. It’s rare to see a Curacao site going beyond the online gambling regulator’s requirements (which are minimal and seldom enforced) – and that’s why CasinoVibes gets top marks here. 

CasinoVibes offers several responsible gambling tools to help you control and manage your gambling. You can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to control how much you spend. These limits can be decreased anytime by contacting the customer support team. Increasing your limits requires you to wait 24 hours.

If you feel you need a break from gambling for any reason, you can also initiate a “take a break” period. You choose the duration – anywhere from 24 hours up to three months. Your account will be temporarily blocked during this period, and you cannot log in, deposit, withdraw, or play. The casino will automatically reactivate your account afterward unless you request otherwise.

About the Team and History

OK, it’s a little cheesy – but from what we can see, they’re doing a solid job of operating a solid online casino. The only downside is their regulation; they’re licensed in Curacao. Curaçao has a pretty poor reputation (to put it mildly), but we appreciate that new, smaller operations often can’t afford the six-figure license costs other regulators charge. This includes the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) and Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Also, we should note that you can’t tar all Curacao sites with the same brush.

TH Gambling N.V. owns and operates the site, the same company that runs ArcaneBet. They’re based in Willemstad, Curaçao. CasinoVibes operates legally in most regions internationally. However, there are several excluded countries, including:

Complaints and Track Record

As a brand new casino, there are no mentions of CasinoVibes in the Casinomeister forums. However, several of our members have played at ArcaneBet – their sister site – and on the whole, they look to be doing a good job. Sure, there are some negative threads – like this one – but when you read a bit deeper, you’ll find that it looks to be nothing more than a frustrated player complaining over nothing.

So, while it may be a little early to form a substantial opinion on CasinoVibes, they appear to be heading in the right direction. ArcaneBet’s rep is active in the forum (responding to complaints), and we hope CasinoVibes will take a similar approach.
