From the player complaints side of things Arcanebet looks pretty good. The only formal complaint we have on record is from 2020 and the casino people were quite responsive and helpful with that. Unfortunately the player went AWOL before we could get further evidence from them so the case was considered abandoned and closed.
On the forums there was also just one issue, dated April 2022. The casino people were reasonably prompt to reply, made themselves available for further comment but the player went silent as soon as the facts of the case were broadly given (no personal details, etc). The player was invited to file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us but they’d apparently already left the building so the whole issue went nowhere fast.
Conclusion: all indications are that Arcanebet are running a clean operation and are ready, willing, and able to conduct themselves professionally. I see no reason for players to be concerned that they would receive anything less.

I sent in my ID, PROOF OF ADDRESS, AND BANK STATEMENT. I then continued playing as I won massive last night—$ 5600. I made three withdrawals for $1000, $3800, and $800, all being processed. I took screenshots of them. I then decided to give the casino a break and log out.
Two hours later, I tried to log in to find out ARCANE CASINO closed my online casino account without informing me. I then read an email stating that they closed my account for having multiple accounts????? Which is entirely false. I was trying to explain that my phone was lost months ago when a friend told me she found a phone in her house that could belong to me. Thankfully it was my phone. I then had to deal with the fraud team here in Calgary as my whole phone was taken over by whoever was using my phone.
They got into my banks, online social media, Facebook, Instagram, work emails, emails in general, skip, online purchases, and even online casinos. Whoever took my phone had easy access to getting into my phone because, at the time, I did not have a passcode set. Now dealing with the fraud team here in Calgary, I regained everything I thought I lost that night. Last night was the FIRST AND ONLY time I signed up for an arcane bet casino.
When I tried to explain to the support staff at the arcane casino, they said her decision was final. They closed my account and voided the $5600 I earned with pure honesty. I asked them how the casino could confirm that those other accounts belonged to me if they were never verified by me??? Meaning someone used my details and signed up. I did not break any rules or abuse any circumstances.”
To their credit, arcanebet joined the forum and responded to the thread. However, the player just left – like a drive by shooting, so we cannot take this complaint too seriously since it is probably a case of player fraud (which happens way more than casino fraud). We are still waiting for this player to get back to us.
