While we don’t have any significant issues with the operator, they’re not the best-known brand in the world, although their UK license means you are unlikely to run into any significant issues.
One caveat is that their payouts might take longer than you’d expect, but that should not be of any concern since they are strictly regulated by the UKGC.

The casino aims to offer a streamlined, user-friendly experience, cutting out the noise that many other betting sites create. They’re all about innovation and want their customers to be at the forefront of digital betting experiences. But when it comes to bonuses, they could do a lot better.
Their welcome offer is underwhelming, giving new players just 75 bonus spins on a minimum deposit and wager of £25. There are no matched deposit bonuses, no no-deposit bonuses, and no loyalty program. Banking is straightforward but limited to debit cards; you won’t find any EWallets or other payment methods. Regarding terms and conditions: The spins expire in seven days, and any winnings must be wagered ten times on slots before you can withdraw them. While a 10X wagering requirement is relatively low, the bonus, we feel, is pretty terrible. You’re essentially doing what you’d normally do – deposit and play slots – without getting much in return. The lack of a matched deposit bonus or free bets makes this bonus unappealing, in our opinion.

BANKING AND PAYMENT METHODS
The process of depositing at Rhino Bet Casino is straightforward, but the options are limited. You’ve got the basics covered: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Bank Transfers, but, unfortunately, you won’t be able to make deposits and withdrawals using EWallets or cryptocurrencies. Debit cards are the only available option. Plus, don’t forget United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) regulations mean UK players cannot use credit cards for gambling transactions anymore, so debit cards are all you’ve got!
To make a deposit, log into your account and head to the ‘Top Up’ section. There is also a “quick deposit” function at Rhino Casino. Withdrawing your winnings from Rhino Bet is as straightforward as making a deposit, but there is room for improvement. As with deposits, when you withdraw, you are limited strictly to debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro.
If you want to withdraw, log into your account, click on the ‘Account’ tab, and select ‘Withdrawal.’ You can then enter the amount of money you would like to withdraw, and the minimum withdrawal amount is £10. Please note that you can only withdraw back to a debit card you have previously used for depositing.
Regarding withdrawal time frames, regardless of which debit card you use, Rhino Casino states that players should expect to wait two to five business days for a withdrawal to hit their bank account. This is far from being the fastest in the industry, and while we appreciate that bank processing times are out of the casino’s control, we would like to see them doing more to increase the speed at which players can receive their withdrawals.
We also found an interesting clause in the casino’s terms and conditions that states if you have used multiple payment methods to deposit into your online casino account, the casino will proportionally divide any withdrawals you make back to these methods.

Haven’t signed up, but having a look around the site…
- Sports betting – decent selection, only seems to show fractional (would also expect decimal and american as a minimum), looking at Premier League this weekend they are fractionally worse than WH (who are running a 106% book for W-D-W) and fractionally worse than WH for the handful of horse races I looked at.
- No information on RTPs without signing up, which is rarely a good sign
- The casino looks a bit rough around the edges – for example, looking for NetEnt titles, the “Evolution” game (because platform) Hotline is titled “Hotline 2_F0_G0”, so a product code for a [I]different[/I] game. Similarly providers being listed multiple times, 1×2 has three entries, Leap has two and so on… like it’s been batch-imported without much care and attention.
- Promotions seem to be on the poor side (Bet £10 on a football bet builder, get £2.50 in free spins; Bet £250 on named slots, get £5.00 in free spins) – also promoting the same crypto-focused dross that every other UK site seems to be incentivised to push now-a-days.
- Very limited footprint despite being in operation for 2-3 years, 500 followers on twitter, appear to be based in a WeWork facility in central London.
- Struggling to find any reference to live support – everything contact-related is either email or post.
- Some stinkers in the T&Cs, and not the most readable at nearly 100 clauses…
- Clause 15, KYC requires passport or driving license, and current debit card statement plus front and back of card sent via email – “can either be emailed to…” and the second half of the sentence is missing, like they used to offer live chat but don’t anymore? Their KYC description is slightly more flexible but those aren’t the T&Cs.
- Clause 27, If an account is dormant for a year, the customer must make a positive action – within 14 days – to get their money back: “we will use all reasonable endeavours to contact you to determine your wishes in respect of those unutilised funds. If you have not placed a bet or withdrawn the funds 14 days after this contact is made, then any funds will be removed.”
- Clause 28, funds are not protected
Some of the things are trivial to fix, some of the others possibly require a change of direction… not one for me I’m afraid.
