Recently we met with the operations manager, and he has assured me that he will be active in the forums and take care of any issue. And so far, so good. Even though they have a lax license, they are responsive and on top of things. You really should not have any issues there. We have not received any complaints about Casino Extreme for a long time. Is Casino Extreme legit? Let’s find out in this Extreme Casino review.

CasinoExtreme was in and out of the Not Recommended section of the Rogue pit for several years. The first time they were “not recommended” was in January 2002 for sending bonus offers to banned players. This was considered deceptive – and they were listed as a “Not Recommended” casino. Anyway, we briefly met the operations manager in Amsterdam in May 2016. Complaints and Track Record
When we reviewed Casino Extreme, we found many complaints about the online casino and its games. However, this is not unexpected; any site that offers online casino games – like Roulette games and video poker variations – that are only RTG games is likely to attract some criticism. Other complaints note that instant payouts are only sometimes instant – despite the site promising instant withdrawals when using crypto. In this thread, Hoff1985 wrote: “I play only very limited and few casinos these days, but since I haven’t played RTG for years, I tried to find an RTG casino and found “Casino Extreme” and not many complaints on the web. They claim to have instant payouts. It probably works. I deposited a few times with the welcome bonus and sent in all docs. My account was verified within 15 hours. Then I cashed out 4000$ and got the money instantly via live chat (If you want instant, you just ask live chat, as that’s how they promote it). If anyone wants to try a super fast-paying RTG casino occasionally, check it out. They also give a 6x 100% welcome bonus with a max cashout of 30x deposit… Which is OK. Another member had less luck – as you’ll see from the next part of this Casino Extreme review. They wrote here: “Extreme Casino refuses to pay me my winnings. So I played a no-deposit bonus for new players and won 100 euros. First, I sent my passport and a selfie with my passport for verification. Then I had a problem. Yahoo blocked my mail after I started sending documents to this casino. I went to the online chat at this casino and asked, can I link a new email to my casino account? The specialist replied in the discussion that I could do this and asked me to send a selfie with a passport and a piece of paper with the casino’s name and current date. I created a new email for another service and fulfilled their requirements.
The casino then asked me for another document and a selfie with it. I have fulfilled these requirements as well. After that, the casino began to write some kind of nonsense that I had not a Finnish but a Russian IP address. I began to object to them. I checked my I.P. on many services, which clearly showed that I have a Finnish I.P. address, and I sent them screenshots of these checks. After that, the casino stopped writing to me about this. But the casino said they would change my email but cancel the winnings. After that, I was shocked. I asked why, and they replied that my attempt to change the mail allegedly meant that I indicated false data when registering. But I don’t think so. After all, when registering, I indicated everything correctly and confirmed this data with documents. And I wouldn’t change my mail if it hadn’t been for an incomprehensible blocking from the side of the Yahoo service. I don’t believe that this is my fault, and I explained this in my correspondence with the casino, but they refused to enter my position and understand my situation. After that, I was even more shocked.”
As we pointed out at the beginning of this review, most complaints have been successfully resolved. These days, we don’t receive many complaints. Players tend to moan about the slow withdrawals – or, sometimes, problems with bonuses; nothing too serious, in other words.
