Casinomeister's Verdict

Really a pretty good casino. No bonus means no wagering requirements – no hassles. L&L has proven to be a pretty solid company. I would definitely give them a try.

ACCREDITED

First Impression

Marketed as a casino for VIP players, No Bonus has used somewhat misleading techniques to attract players. In reality, the site doesn’t feature a VIP section and refers to all its customers as VIP (somewhat cheesy, but okay).

Still, our first impression was more than positive, and here’s why.

Almost all online casinos nowadays offer welcome bonuses and promotions for regular players to attract new customers and retain the regular ones. That’s precisely what makes NoBonus Casino stand out from the crowd.

Bonuses can become quite complex, with lengthy T&Cs sections, unfavourable wagering requirements, short expiry dates, and more. NoBonus Casino is quite clear when it comes to the type of players it wants to attract — those who don’t want to deal with any kind of promotion. However, you’ll see that there’s still a chance to get a slight boost once you become a member. We’ll cover that in the bonus section.

Another thing that makes NoBonus Casino great is its wide array of games. Its portfolio isn’t the biggest we’ve come across. Still, its variety is excellent, meaning you’ll find all kinds of games, including some of the most popular progressive jackpots, such as Mega Moolah or Mega Fortune.

The site features a simple and user-friendly design. It’s a responsive platform, so you can access its entire offer using your mobile browser (Android or iOS). That said, the interface seems too simple in some cases — it could use a couple of tweaks to make it more engaging. Long story short, the platform isn’t really a leader in terms of design, but the functionality is impeccable, and all visitors can find crucial information right away.

We explored the site in detail and found it quite interesting. Therefore, please read our full No Bonus Casino review below to learn more about the platform and know what to expect from it.

Pros

  • Plenty of great casino games from industry-leading providers

  • A huge selection of progressive jackpot slots (including Mega Moolah and Mega Fortune)

  • Platform available in several languages

  • Gameplay review option for strategic or abusive play

  • A 10% cashback with no wagering requirements or cash-out limit

  • Licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the British Gambling Commission.

Cons

  • No bonuses for new and regular players.

  • Live chat isn’t available 24/7.

  • The visual aspect of the interface could use some tweaks.

Bonuses and Promotions

Talking about bonuses for a casino called NoBonus won’t make any sense. Still, the site does have a blog section where you can learn about some of the possible time-limited promos from time to time. Also, there’s one constant promo — a 10% cashback, which we’ll cover below.

VIP Program

Even though the casino claims to have a VIP scheme, there’s no info about it on the site. The most likely scenario is that active players are contacted by the casino and offered a VIP status that brings additional rewards.

10% Cashback

However, it seems that the platform wasn’t really honest about its name, as it still offers one promotion for new customers — a 10% cashback bonus.

To claim this bonus, all you have to do is open an account, make a deposit and play games. If you lose all your money during the first 24 hours, you’ll become eligible for a 10% cashback. For instance, if you spend $50, you’ll get $5 back to your account.

This bonus doesn’t have any wagering requirements or maximum cashout limits — you’ll get 10% back. The only thing you should consider is that you have ten days to withdraw your cashback or use it for games, or it will be forfeited.

BANKING AND PAYMENT METHODS

NoBonus Casino offers a wide array of payment methods for Canadian customers. All of them provide instant deposits, but the minimum and maximum limits may differ depending on your method of choice.

Here’s the list of all payment options that you can use in NoBonus Casino at the moment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Trustly
  • Zimpler
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • Paysafecard
  • Bank Transfer
  • Interac Online
  • ecoPayz
  • Interac e-Transfer
  • Sofort

If you want to cash out your winnings, go to the My Account section and find the Withdraw button. Once you pick a preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you want to withdraw and proceed with the transaction.

Withdrawal Speed

The majority of online casinos need some time to review and process your withdrawal request. On average, NoBonus Casino takes 24 hours to review and approve the request. However, it takes approximately two to three business days before your funds show up in your balance.

Bear in mind that the casino requires you to validate your account before you can make any withdrawals. We’ll discuss that in the KYC section of this review.

Responsible Gaming

No Bonus Casino takes responsible gaming very seriously, and that’s why players have the freedom to impose limits on their online gaming habits. There are several types of limits you can set:

  • Deposit limits
  • Time limits
  • Bet limits
  • Personal loss limits over a specific period
  • Complete self-exclusion for a certain period (a week, a month, six months, a year, or forever)

Customer Support

There are three ways to contact customer support:

Alternatively, you can fill in the contact form on the site and get in touch with the support that way. The live chat is the most popular way to get in touch with one of the agents, but the downside is that it’s only available from 08:00 to 01:00 CET. Moreover, if you decide to call customer support, please take into account that international charges apply. Therefore, your best bet is to send an email.

No Bonus Casino considers all its users VIPs, which is why their customer service email is [email protected]

Finally, make sure to check out the FAQ section on the site before contacting support, as your questions may already be answered on the site.

KYC

It’s safe to say that No Bonus Casino has some pretty strict KYC policies. Every player who wants to process a withdrawal is required to verify their account. Some of the documents that you’ll have to provide are:

  • Photo of an ID document (ID or passport)
  • Photo of a current utility bill that confirms your address
  • Photos of the front and the back of your credit card where the first six and the last four digits are visible

The casino reserves the right to ask for additional verification documents before approving your withdrawal.

Website Experience and Features

Desktop vs Mobile Experience

At the start of this No Bonus Casino review, we briefly mentioned that the site features a relatively straightforward and easy-to-use interface. Since there are no dedicated mobile apps, the only way to access the casino on the go is by loading the site in your mobile browser. The good news is that it works well on both Android and iOS devices, and you can access the majority of games on your phone or tablet.

The only downside is that we didn’t find the design as aesthetically pleasing as in some other online casinos, but that’s not a big deal if you’re in it for the games. Don’t get us wrong, the site looks fine, but the radiant pink colour could put you off if you have a bright screen.

Brand games

No Bonus Casino Games

You’ll find a wind array of games in the No Bonus casino, including the standard casino offer, live casino, casino poker, video poker, and lotto games. Some of the featured titles on the site are Bushido Ways xNudge, Rabbit Hole Riches, Slingo Starburst, Eye of Dead, and Clusterslide. These also happen to be the top cashback games on the site.

Game Software Providers

No Bonus Casino features quite a decent selection of game providers. All of the companies that offer their games on the site are top-rated in the online gaming industry. Perhaps you’ve already heard about some of them, such as SG Gaming, WMS, Novomatic, Bally, ELK Studios, Just For The Win, Blueprint Gaming, Lotto Warehouse, Evolution Gaming, High 5 Games, Microgaming, Slingo, Slingshot, Barcrest, NetEnt, Amatic, BTC, Thunderkick, IGT, and NextGen Gaming.

Slots

The site features two separate categories for slot players: Slots and Video Slots. The only difference between them is that the Slots section features more traditional games, whereas Video Slots offers themed slots inspired by all sorts of things.

Some of the most popular video slots you’ll find on the site are Manhattan Wild, Garden of the Riches, High Society, Kronos Unleashed, Twisted Sister, Rainbow Riches Reels of Gold, Jumanji, and more.

Once you visit the Slots section, you’ll find games with more traditional symbols, such as fruits, diamonds, and more. Some of the featured games in this section are Deco Diamonds, Vegas Diamonds, Bullion Bars, Burning Hot Respin, Hot Choice, Windfall, Big Win 777, and more.

NoBonus Casino also offers a separate section featuring Slingo originals. Slingo is a type of casino game that combines the rules of slots and bingo, and most of them are developed and provided by the company of the same name. Even though Slingo isn’t as popular in Canada as it’s in the UK, it’s still worth giving it a try. Some popular options you’ll find are Slingo Treasure, Slingo Reel Riches, Slingo Advance, Slingo Extreme, Slingo Deal or No Deal, Slingo Rainbow Riches, and others.

Live Casino

The majority of live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming, the current industry leader for live dealer casinos. Still, you’ll also find several titles from Pragmatic Play, which also offers a decent selection of live games.

Some of the most popular games you can play with a human dealer are:

  • Blackjack
  • Roulette
  • Baccarat
  • Poker
  • Live game shows

There are several different versions of table games. For example, blackjack enthusiasts can play Free Bet Blackjack, Blackjack Classic, VIP Blackjack, and more. In fact, blackjack is the most popular option in the live casino lobby.

Roulette lovers can also find a decent selection of games, including the popular Lightning Roulette and Immersive Roulette. If you’re not a fan of live dealers yet still trust a real roulette table more than an RNG one, you can participate in one of the several Auto Roulette games.

If you’re into live game shows, you’ll find some of the classic games, including Lightning Dice, Monopoly Live, Football Studio, Dream Catcher, and more.

Table Games and Video Poker

Apart from blackjack and roulette, you’ll find several other table games in the Table Games category that features RNG titles (although they are the minority). Some games worth checking out are baccarat, Casino Hold’em Crazy4Poker, Three Card Poker, Mississippi Stud, Let It Ride, Fortune Pai Gow Poker, and more.

If you’re into video poker, you’ll find a decent selection of games, including Aces and Eights, Aces and Faces, All Aces Poker, All America, Bonus Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker, Bonus Poker Deluxe, Deuces Wild, Deuces and Joker, Double Bonus Poker, Double Double Bonus Poker, Double Joker Poker, Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, and Tens or Better.

Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot games are probably the best part of the No Bonus Casino game portfolio. It features 13 of the most prevalent options among players who are after this type of reward.

The most popular game is definitely Mega Moolah. The title by Microgaming currently holds the record for the biggest progressive jackpot ever awarded. If you were to win the Mega Moolah jackpot right now, you would win approximately $17 million. Apart from Mega Moolah, players can also spin the reels of another popular title connected to the same jackpot network called Atlantean Treasures Mega Moolah.

Other popular jackpot slots available on the site are Hall of Gods, Mega Fortune, Arabian Nights, Major Millions, Treasure Nile, Imperial Riches, Divine Fortune, and more.

About the Team and History

No Bonus Casino is owned and operated by an award-winning company called L&L Europe LTD, registered in Malta. The group received the Meister Award for the Best Casino Group in 2018 and is currently running approximately five online gambling platforms. L&L Europe has been operating platforms successfully since 2011.

Complaints and Track Record

Almost all online casinos nowadays are subject to complaints, and No Bonus Casino is no exception. The lack of proper bonuses isn’t one of the complaints, as most users who register on the platform don’t want to claim any promotions. Still, some of the major complaints were about customer support, as it’s not available round the clock.

I’m giving them a 7.
I do actually like the casino but the game selection is fairly limited (lacking a lot of my favourites and so I don’t play there often), and it’s hard to explain but when I’m there I kinda feel like I’m alone. As if there’s nobody else around.. it always looks the same, sort of cold and empty.

Having said that, verification was fast and withdrawals are rarely pending for any length of time. Decent casino.
