Flappy Casino is brand spanking new. They seem to be alright, and even though we haven’t tested them much, I would be eager to hear of your experiences. Positive points are their selection of games – negative points: Caribbean license and withdrawal limits. I don’t see this being a problem for most folks.

From the player complaints side of things it is WAY too early to be able to make any meaningful statements about Flappy given that they’ve only opened a few months ago. That said the entire group of casinos owned by Altacore NV — of which Flappy is obviously one — are PAB-free so that’s a fairly good indication that we can expect more or less the same here.
As far as licensing goes the Master License is Curacao 8048/JAZ which some players may be a little skittish about and for perfectly good reasons: a Curacao license is only as good as the operator holding it. If they want to be total jerks they can probably get away with it, often indefinitely. On the other hand some of the best casino operators we know are Curacao license holders so there can be an upside to the Curacao story too. Of the four Master Licenses — 365, 1668, 5536, and 8048 — the Flappy Master License (8048, aka Antillephone) is, IMHO, one of the best.

We could not find information about the minimum deposit limits at the casino. However, the banking “portal” looks to be well-made. Deposits are, for the most part, credited to your account immediately, so you can begin playing right away.

There is some slight ambiguity regarding withdrawals. Their FAQ page states: “When it comes to cashing out, we want to get your winnings to you as quickly as possible. On the other hand, their terms and conditions page notes: “All withdrawal requests are reviewed daily, 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3), and processed within 24 hours after a successful identity and account verification. However, when we spoke to the casino’s rep here at Casinomeister, they told us that cashouts are processed within 0-24 hours. We’re inclined to believe this, although, as a brand new casino, some time is needed before we know.
Flappy Casino supports withdrawals in all the currencies available for deposits. The site’s terms and conditions page states that withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level. However, the maximum withdrawal limits are defined as follows:
- Per transaction: up to €2,000 {or currencies equivalent};
- Per day: up to €2,000 {or currencies equivalent};
- Per week: up to €5,000 {or currencies equivalent};
- Per month: up to €10,000 {or currencies equivalent};
The casino also states: “If You win more than €10,000, Flappy Casino reserves the right to divide the payout of Your winnings into monthly instalments of a maximum €10,000 until the amount is paid in full.”
To be honest, we don’t love these terms. Firstly, these amounts are the maximum limits; they assume you’re the highest VIP level. It’s unclear what limits new or lower-level VIP players are privy to. Secondly, the monthly withdrawal limit is pretty low and doesn’t state whether these limits apply to jackpot wins.
All withdrawal methods carry a minimum limit of €20, although some payment methods may have higher individual limits. Thankfully, there are no withdrawal fees charged by the casino. However, your bank or payment provider may apply fees, especially if you withdraw in a non-native currency, so keep this in mind.
Responsible Gaming
Again, some slight discrepancies exist between what’s stated on the casino’s FAQ page and their responsible gambling page. However, given that their FAQs talk about limits, we would assume they are available but, for some reason, have not been included on the main responsible gambling page.
