Thank you for your feedback and thank you for trying us out. Playtech software has been in scheduled maintenance so you picked the worst time to try them!

Rival has been notoriously slow on many sites, not just with us, we are working really hard to try and improve the performance of Rival. It does not only depend on us, so it takes time to get these large scale improvements through which will make a difference.

Trust me, we are working full-on on improving the game experience as that is the most important thing to our players. We are already making huge performance improvements every 4 to 5 days, and will continue to do so.

We love slots, we love all these games, and I can easily say that we are proper geeks who fight over who gets the Invisible Man iphone case (i got one! :)), or the Gladiator mouse pad, or any other goodie that suppliers send over to us from time to time. Do not worry, we strive to deliver the best experience, and we will.

Still no access to Playtech games, so I don't think it was a maintenance issue. I got an email saying I had 40 spins waiting for me on Twin Spin for my first deposit. This also turned out to not be available to me for some reason. I am quickly losing patience :(

Rival Gaming do not allow Canadians at ANY of their casinos.
Are you saying that Canadians CAN play Rival games at your casino?
Seems very unlikely to me, but it would be great if it's true!

Gave it a try, and some of the games lagged like h*ll. Especially the playtech I tried.

lost my first deposit yesterday, today lost FS for deposit, everything is fine except unluck.
Btw, on 40FS for first deposit page in games included - thrill spin, it is mistake, and you can't get FS on this game, it should be twin spin(where i get FS), while twin spin not stated there at all.

3 Days later, still cannot play Playtech games, IT not getting back to me. CS not able to offer any advice or insight. Lag still bad. Becoming unimpressed.

This casino offers all the bells and whistles you could imagine, unfortunately, the bells and whistles are broken.

Thank you for your feedback, it sucks that you are getting the lag, I think it is because you are in Canada. We are working hard on the system optimisation to get all the game providers synced and to improve our set up. The updates will be rolled out once or twice a week and very shortly we will eliminate any lag that might come from our systems. At the same time we are working with the game providers and seeing how they can minimise the lag as well.
Hang in there, better days are coming for Canada :)
 
2 things

1 still cant play playtech logging in from australia
2 site crash about 3.40pm aust time and not loading kinda suck i was half way thru a dead or alive feature and had a few sticky subs hope i dont lost my free games or winnings site still down after a few refreshs and and about ten minutes it would be about 4.45am gmt time
not just me at least

EDIT: Issue resolved. Free spins cannot be credited due to technical difficulties. $10 chip credited instead of 40 free spins.

Over a week, no resolution

I got an email back this am after over a week of not being able to access over half of the 1000 games.
They say that I am getting the error because I am accessing Playtech for "fun" and not for real.

Wrong.

I have a balance, and I am clicking for real money. According to the email the issue is "closed".

I think I will pass on this casino. All promise no delivery. I can actually access and successfully play less games here than at most casinos.

A reliable rep is important to me, and lately I've been let down by quite a few, so I'm slowly narrowing my casinos down.

I took your advice and contacted chat. Worst 45 minutes of my life. They claim the issue to be resolved and closed by IT. He stated "We are only customer service, we do not get told what IT does or finds" I sent in another screen shot (an odd request) of the exact same error message, as IT refused to re-use the one from mid January. I sent it in Wordperfect, and they were not willing to accept it. I had to re-scale it into a Jpeg. Even then IT was reluctant to re-open the case according to the rep. I asked for an email to a manager or the director of operations, so I can share with them the chats and emails I have written, (getting close to 5 hours wasted on this now) but was told I am not allowed to be given any email addresses or phone numbers. I wish these guys luck, they really, really need it. Poor customer support *(they are a nice and pleasant bunch but seriously aren't given the tools to help the customer, they simply blame other departments for their shortcomings) I still cannot access Rival Playtech and NetEnt, Microgaming and Cryptologic runs as if the internet connection is being put through a blender.... these guys aren't anywhere close to ready, for Canada anyways, if that is the issue. After almost two weeks, they cannot even figure out what the issues are. I must say I give up on this group. Never tried Tropezia, but after this I can't say I will.

Sorry to hear your bad experience mate, but my advice to contact chat was actually meant for viking regarding the free spins. ;)

Sorry for not replying and being able to help at the moment. I have been out of the office from last Thursday and will be back this Friday.
Had a crazy hard time to catch up with anything at all as I am in back to back meetings and attending events in London.
Will get back to each one and help the best I can to solve any issues.

Just a quick word here to let folks know that some people -- including the Slots Millions guys -- are indeed having problems accessing the site. Malta for instance was almost totally blocked yesterday. We're not sure yet what the issues are exactly but we'll get it sorted ASAP. In the meantime please be patient and cut the guys a little slack. They're doing their best and TBH the fault is most likely ours not theirs.
 
I was able to register and play at Slotsmillions though I wasnt lucky enough to have a cashout. I do find it strange though that Slotmillions can allow me to register whereas Tropezia Palace states it cannot accept players fromHong Kong. I would have thought sister casinos are similar at least for the countries/places they allow.
 
Well 48 hours since they got my Documents :) got an answer after 15 min that they had indeed got them, but 48 hours to
know if your verified or not, not cool.
