Thank you for your feedback and thank you for trying us out. Playtech software has been in scheduled maintenance so you picked the worst time to try them!
Rival has been notoriously slow on many sites, not just with us, we are working really hard to try and improve the performance of Rival. It does not only depend on us, so it takes time to get these large scale improvements through which will make a difference.
Trust me, we are working full-on on improving the game experience as that is the most important thing to our players. We are already making huge performance improvements every 4 to 5 days, and will continue to do so.
We love slots, we love all these games, and I can easily say that we are proper geeks who fight over who gets the Invisible Man iphone case (i got one! ), or the Gladiator mouse pad, or any other goodie that suppliers send over to us from time to time. Do not worry, we strive to deliver the best experience, and we will.
Still no access to Playtech games, so I don't think it was a maintenance issue. I got an email saying I had 40 spins waiting for me on Twin Spin for my first deposit. This also turned out to not be available to me for some reason. I am quickly losing patience
