Not having your username, I have a about 95% correct account and I only see one logged phone call. I am looking around and asking around to see if several agents called and your call got multiplied. There is no PLAN to call you to death :)

I tried to use Live Chat, bo they work only 10:00-24:00, so it was closed. I wrote e-mail, but didn't get response. Fortunately Live Chat works now and I was told, that there is major issue on my account, my winnings should not be bonus money, but real money. They were sorry, but it may take few days to resolve this situation.

Now, I can't play any games (errors), my real money is 0 (I lost this 240 Euro, because I wanted to check what is wrong with this 'real' and 'bonus' section and I finally lost my 'real' money). But I still have my 'bonus money', which should be real money for me and I would like to withdraw these funds... In the nearest future.

I only played Immortal Romance (MGS) and Great Blue (Playtech).

Although they have very nice site, lots of software providers, my first experience was/is pretty bad. :(

Regarding phone calls from online casinos there are two fractions of customers:
1) customers who don't bother/are okay with phone calls
2) customers that don't like phone calls from OC at all

There is a certain propability that type 2 customers will not play again at your house because they just want to live in their parallel OC world and calling them is a very unwelcome interruption of privacy.
At least check via email before you make such calls if its fine with the customers because its rather unusual nowadays.

Update to my experience with SlotsMillion:

Thanks to luckysox the issue with 'bonus money' and 'real money' was quickly fixed. I was angry before, because on Live Chat I was told that it probably would take days to resolve this matter.

Now I requested withdrawal (I only saw one option - wire transfer, although I used Visa card to make deposit) and I was told that it would be processed on Monday. That's nice.

Luckysox, as soon as you fix some issues (games often disconnects from gaming server, at least these ones, which I played mostly - MGS and Playtech Software, this bonus, real money weird situation and lack of withdrawal methods - maybe it's only my problem, I don't know, but I see only wire transfer, lack of table games, roulettes - but I think it was intentionally made since your name is SlotsMillion), I think your site will be great.

It has huge potential, because there are above 1k games from different providers. And it seems that your support really takes care about resolving users issues. If you process withdrawals quickly, I think you can have a lot of loyal users in near future.
 
They called me up last Sunday around 8pm which I did not pick up as I was driving at the time. When I saw it was a private number I could not tell who it was from because over the last month I had received so many private number calls from Spin Palace I was hoping it wasn't them as I had asked them to suspend my account indefinitely and to stop calling me at stupid times!

Realized it was SlotsMillion when I saw the corresponding e-mail so what I did was log onto their site and spoke to a CS because I knew this was about the missing free spin win of $12 or so being credited to my account. I asked the CS officer what the call was about and she said it was about the freespins and she asked permission to discuss it via live chat or phone call and I think her preferred method was phone call. So I said yeah call me its fine because I ready to receive a call and this was coming to Sunday midnight for me, Australian Time.

I spoke to CS and she was quite nice and understanding when I said I would like if anything needs to be discussed in the future to be done through e-mail or livechat because of the timezone difference of Malta and Australia I would rather not be talking to CS or anyone about online casino issues Sunday evening. So I would suggest SlotsMillion add some sort of preferred method of contact such as e-mail, livechat or phone call for people who are in different timezones it would really help!

Also, my phone has been ringing non stop, and I don't answer private numbers, nor answer my phone when with company. If a message is left I return the call later.

One of my biggest pet hates is being called by casinos, especially in an aggressive manner like this.

Can I ask what was so important that you would have to continually try ringing me, and couldn't be communicated to me via email like every other casino I play at?

Sorry to say, but this was incredibly annoying, and not to mention embarrassing and disruptive personally, when I'm trying to socialize with family and friends.

Unless you are on fire and need emergency assistance, there is no reason at all to be contacting customers via phone in an online world.

Please advise if this is common practice likely to continue, as it will determine my decision to remain a customer.

Quick update - I've received phone call on Friday with message that the issue was resolved and my account was credited with missing winnings. Thanks. Will give casino another go, love the choice of slots
 
The site could need some proofreading on the Norwegian part. The language and typos makes me think "google-translate" or some kind of weird blog that was translated in 10 mins

Other than that, nice selection of games. If you could get WMS aswell it would be really sweet.

Nice to hear :).

I think Raging Rhino must be the WMS game I like the most, followed by Elvis, and Ruby Slippers. Eventhough I never win very much on the Wizard Of Oz games they give me a feeling of being in some kind of fairytale with all the different functions and stuff :).
That being that said this list could go on forever. In my opinion there are no online supplier that matches WMS when it comes to originality and entertainment of the games. I feel they can be a bit tough on the balance something though :)

Hope you will be able to sort something out with them.

The only negative thing I have experienced with their games must be that they can be somewhat unstable and laggy, something which I have experienced over several casinos carrying their games. But I guess it's not that long since Jackpot Party were the only one carrying them, so might be some teething problems or so.

I think there are serious issues that need fixing before I will invest in another deposit, but if they can iron out the rough patches this site has legs! Customer service is the cornerstone of any outfit IMO, before all else, and with that portion they hit a home run! The gameplay experience needs attention asap. It is fine to offer and promote over 1000 games and multiple brands, but ensure they are working well before going live :)

Rival has been notoriously slow on many sites, not just with us, we are working really hard to try and improve the performance of Rival. It does not only depend on us, so it takes time to get these large scale improvements through which will make a difference.

Trust me, we are working full-on on improving the game experience as that is the most important thing to our players. We are already making huge performance improvements every 4 to 5 days, and will continue to do so.

We love slots, we love all these games, and I can easily say that we are proper geeks who fight over who gets the Invisible Man iphone case (i got one! :)), or the Gladiator mouse pad, or any other goodie that suppliers send over to us from time to time. Do not worry, we strive to deliver the best experience, and we will.

Since you are from Sweden, Euro is a standard, that is why you are presented that option. It is not common for Europeans to ask for USD or other currency accounts. However, it is not a problem:

1. Open an account
2. Contact customer services to change your account to desired currency
3. Deposit a million :D
