Before I deposited I had asked CS about this 48-hour period, but I understood from them that once this period was over I would be paid the same day (to Neteller that is). Subsequent withdrawals could take less time, according to them. But apparently not, Nifty.

I had some good play time with my SUB but played it all away. Anyway, much too impatient to wait 3-4 or even 5 days until payment is made.
 
It's been more then 50 hours since I requested my withdrawal (docs were verified yesterday) and it's still pending.

Had mare too playing this casino a while back, in fact couple of people did, although some didn't. Games cutting off, lagging and not being able log back into game as unavailable. Totally ruined my nights play and deposit.

Had all these issues with their partner casino Solera Casino and I can certainly understand the reason this casino was withdrawn. Seem's both casinos are having the same major problems with lag and disconnections (I got a screenie). Suffice it to say I havent deposited there again and wont be in the future. They really shouldnt be accepting deposits if they cant even get their games running properly.

Casino Solera is on a different system platform and not ready for Baptism of Fire yet. I will bring it up to the management to see if we can temporarily pause new registrations/deposits until it has been upgraded.

Tropezia Palace has gotten a great update and the bugs have been solved. It is completely separate from Casino Solera so there are no common issues. The only thing that we have noticed lately is that there are bugs for random few players who use the German version of the site. Working on that and the players are advised to use the English version until further. Once we have more information on this, ze Germans will be notified via email.


Thx on letting me know about the Solera Casino thread, I had not seen it.

I registered an account as the game selection and everything looked tempting. But the site was working really really slowly. I thought that would go away and made a deposit.
But when I tried to open games, they would not open. My browser was chrome. Then I thought to try with IE but still the games wont open and site was lagging like hell.
Then I switched to firefox and everything worked like a dream o.O..

First time this has happened and I have played at a LOT flash casinos. Really wierd. But when using firefox no complains. Anyone else noticing this?
 
I would like to see them have a 7 day wait on deposit limits like most casinos instead of 24 hours, I set limits so I don't get tempted and I know 7 days later I won't be but 24 hours maybe...

yes, please send us the last thing that was asked from you. In our industry there is a lot of fraud and we keep very high security of the accounts. Lot of people playing with hijacked/borrowed identities. Your accounts was flagged for one reason or another, I really cannot tell. You will see that more and more online casinos will implement this level of security and ask for players to take pictures along with their ID documents.

I have to say, I am really happy to see how our Baptism by Fire is developing. Very little complaints! Sure, maybe some growing pains like everybody experiences but nothing that we do not fix or that threaten long term.
I hope we remain the shortest thread in the Baptism by Fire - that means we did well!

Made a small deposit at the casino again.
Most of the games worked fine for me on Firefox. :thumbsup:
Was just a few that didnt work, but no biggy.
Managed to get up to over 100Euro & requested a withdrawal & sent in the documents & also asked for a manual flushing.

Got a reply from CS shortly after saying that they dont do manual flushings on first withdrawals & would check my documents on monday next week...

As long as the request was not for 'permanent' closure or it was made clear that it was due to a gambling problem, then I totally agree. I take breaks form time to time- and it's great that you have now implemented the functionality to allow users to do this themselves (as is the case with Guts and all oddsmatrix based platforms).

I asked them to close it permanently and they didn't.. they allowed me to reopen.. that is completely not trust worthy.. I even sent a pm to their rep here after i posted and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply

First withdrawal always takes longer. You may not 'feel good' about the place, but when you withdraw you get an email saying the date when it will be processed and in my experience that day is kept to.

well that should not have happened. On the other hand why are you asking to re-open so soon after requesting a 'permanent' closure?

Sorry about the long withdrawal time on your first withdrawal. In your account I see that your withdrawal was approved on Thursday afternoon, not on Wednesday - perhaps we were waiting for some of your documents?

I am sure that you will receive the money today. Also, your future withdrawals will be processed faster and we can flush the withdrawal for you as well - great reason to stay :)

Ok, do not lynch me over this as I am not willing to put my life on it, but as far I know there is no such thing as permanent closure in any casino (unless they are unlicensed). We have to keep the records of your account and all of your information for regulatory purposes. All casinos keep your account in the database and you are just refused to log in by the system. Also, I am not aware of any casino that refuses re-opening of a closed account. So, I am not sure what we did wrong.

We have also introduced a budget management tool in the Responsible Gaming section, so you can set your deposit limits which help you stay within your budget. I am surprised that you did not use this to set a limit. I think it is possible that you did not receive the newsletter because your account was closed.
Simply go to "My Profile" and choose "Manage my deposit limits." There you can set daily, weekly and even monthly limits. If you would like, you can also ask the support team to help you with this and they will set the limits for you.

Secondly, I have looked through my inbox and I have not received a message from you, otherwise I would have replied for sure. Let us make sure we clear that; wrongful accusations directly hurt my job (my bread and butter).

For your information, the BetOnSoft and Leander games are undergoing maintenance. Maybe that is why some of the games did not work for you. Other than that, no serious problems were reported with the games.

I think you have got this one wrong. If a player asks for 'permanent' closure, that should be respected and subsequent requests for re-opening should be ignored. There is most certainly such a thing as permanent closure as I know in my own experience. I requested such a closure from 32Red in 2007 and when I wanted to re-open this year - 6 years after closure - they refused and referred to the word 'permanent' in my original email.

Update: Received the money in my Moneybookers account today = 2 bank days on my first withdrawal. :thumbsup:
