Just had a browse at casino solera, there terms and conditions are all in spanish? I couldnt depsoit there without knowing the terms, and i cannot know the terms if there not in english :X ill check topezia soon :/

I really like the choice of software these two casinos have opted for something for everyone (including Rival). With a 200% bonus to try out all the games. Might have to test them on their withdrawal time frame :)

Tropezia Palace is good, but unless it's been corrected allows deposits in GBP but payouts out in EUR - which means you lose out on exchange rates and charges when you withdraw back to the same card you deposited with.

This incurred me a loss of £150 on my first withdrawal with them - which was promised back to me by the rep but never happened. Hopefully, now that they are going through this process, they will deliver.

Casino Solera is in english also. There is a small language box in the right top corner.

Tropezia Palace Casino has a very nice setup (options) with the slot games where you can chose what type of games you want to play etc. :thumbsup:

Checking around on their site i noticed that they stil have a lowest withdrawal of 100 Euro... (very high)
Lowest deposit seems to be 25 Euro. (also a bit high)

Figured I should tell people what Tropezia did with me.. You can form your own opinion on it, but I think it's shady. I asked them to close my account at one point because I felt my gambling was getting out of hand.. a month later they allowed me to reopen it without any resistance... I ended up losing a good chunk of money because of it, and they confessed of making a "mistake" in allowing me to reopen my acct... in my opinion this is pretty shady.

I read your post several times and I am not sure what we did wrong. Many players ask to close their accounts in order to take a break, and they come back when they are ready. So, we really cannot refuse them to reopen their accounts when they come back after a certain time. Since you returned a full month after your closure, I can only assume that the support agent evaluated it was safe to reopen your account on behalf of your request. We would never consider contacting a closed account to try and lure somebody back. Can you PM me your username or password because I would like to check what mistake we confessed to?

As long as the request was not for 'permanent' closure or it was made clear that it was due to a gambling problem, then I totally agree. I take breaks form time to time- and it's great that you have now implemented the functionality to allow users to do this themselves (as is the case with Guts and all oddsmatrix based platforms).

I had extreme technical issues with this casino on two deposits.
I have sent them screenshots and complained in chat about it.
Support said they will investigate it and never heard anything from them again!

And now when i log into my casino account because i´m still interested
if they solve these technical issues, absolutely no game starts if i click
on any slot no matter if microgame or other slots.
It´s complete impossible to load any slot!

For me it was a very disappointing experience
because every slot stopped after few games and it was not possible
to reload and sometimes a wrong balance was shown which is strange
and never had these kind of issues in any other casino!

With my first deposit it was only a netent slot problem, but with my second
deposit all slots and i had to change computer and browser but still after few
rounds same problem happened.
It was very terrible to play there and impossible to enjoy any game!

Am i the only one with this problem?

The chat support was friendly, but if they ask me to send

Playing the slots in free mode is going fine, no glitches whatsoever. Will give them a try soon and see if games run smoothly too when playing with real money.

Only minus point is a 48-hour waiting period until withdrawals to Neteller are processed. Only VIPs may be offered shorter withdrawal times, but according to Live Chat same-day withdrawals are not an option at this moment. Flushes can be processed on second and subsequent withdrawals, but I expect not during the night (when I like to play), because they usually don't respond to emails sent at night (after 22.00 hours), so I would have to wait til the morning anyway before withdrawals are flushed.

Deposited yesterday and have had a great run. Games were running smooth for the most part (Rival slots were slow and slow MGS win-spins). Love the huge selection of games!

48h pending period is not what i'm used to but all in all a great experience so far!

I am very sorry to hear that you had such negative experience. We did have some technical problems not so long ago but that is all sorted out. That is why we waited with the Baptism of Fire as well.

After we implemented our 8th software provider we had some bugs that gave us and our players some headaches, it was not pleasant for anyone. Come and check it out today, it works like a charm.

Had mare too playing this casino a while back, in fact couple of people did, although some didn't. Games cutting off, lagging and not being able log back into game as unavailable. Totally ruined my nights play and deposit.

About the technical issues in the past, yes, we had some issues that affected players for a period of time but that has been solved.
If you message me your username I can look into this last part for you. If we said that you will get your deposit back with no WR, not sure why would get a bonus instead. This does not sound like something we do.
