I could see that this is a casino that targeting just Europe.
Euro is the only currency, but they have support in 4 different languages. That's good.

No more euro casino for me though :)

    Hi everyone!

This is my first post in the forum, but have been a reader for a long time.

I just want to share my amazing experience at Golden Euro yesterday. After losing the first 5 deposits using bonuses on Mystic Dragon, and being 500 euro down, I decided to make a final 200 euro deposit without a bonus. Starting with 2.50 bets I reached 2000 euro. Being an idiot and not stopping I raised the bet to 6.25 and during the free spins I hit something big, because suddenly I had 10 000 euros!

I have withdrawn everything, and the support has told me that there won't be any problems. My withdrawal will be processed on Wednesday, and I am thankful that I only play at accredited casinos; otherwise I would be worrying myself to death in fear of not getting paid.

This is my biggest win ever, so thanks Golden Euro!!

    Disapprove

If this baptism is like any other, at the end of it CM would say "anyone have any objections?" Well, I'll object now so there's still ample time for discussion.

3 issues in 3 unrelated dimensions all point out to the systematic faults of Jackpot Capital compared to more solid accredited casinos like 32Red and 3Dice.

    1) Outstanding issue with a rigged pai gow game link

    2) Extremely manipulative words and approach used by Yasmeen to a customer when defending a questionable confiscation. How can we trust them going forward? link

    3) Jackpot Capital some months ago mailed me someone else's promotional letter, which included their real name, address, user name, email address, phone number and account balance. Such a careful protection of sensitive information of your customers? You know we don't really have a choice when you ask us for "verification documents" but we do expect you to do everything you can to protect these information. Clearly not the case with this casino.

shame, the Jackpot Capital group used to be a very solid casino. I don't know what internal discussions or changes you've had but it should be clear now that the Jackpot Capital group has been going straight downhill for the past few months and will continue to be in the time to come.

So in short, I disapprove. I welcome constructive criticism if you disagree with me.

Golden Euro Refuses to pay my random jackpot winnings

    Hello everyone,
I think you should consider my bad experience with Golden Euro Casino as you consider them.
Since this issue is still under debate, with the help of Gambling Grumble I did not file a complaint with Casinomeister yet.

About two weeks ago I played at Golden Euro Casino after depositing 101 euro and receiving 101 euro bonus.
They have a limit of max hand of 10 euro in the bonus terms and conditions.

I played Hidden Riches slots, which is a 25 lines, so I adjusted the number of lines played to meet the bonus requirement of max 10 euro a hand. After winning quite a lot of money (about 2500 euro) I clicked on the cashier link from the slots I played to check the wagering remaining to play. As I clicked exit from the cashier I was automatically back in the game (I did not open the game again) and hit autoplay again. After less than a few seconds (was only very few hands) I realized the software itself changed my hand from 10 a hand to 12.5 a hand. As soon as I realized it, I changed the hand back to 10 a hand.
I did not win money during the very few 12.5 a hand games.

I continued to play and won the random jackpot (while placing 10 a hand).
At the end I cashed out 6265 euro.

After a few days I received an email that my payout is denied due to max hand terms and no matter how much I explained that they have to pay they refused.

    A summery of my claim:
    * I placed only very few hands and did not win any money playing them at an amount bigger than the allowed max hand (only by 2.5 euro bigger) due to a trick the software does while returning from cashier (without even reopening the game, the game remained open but my hand played was changed automatically).
    * I won a random jackpot that they confiscated - a random jackpot is not their money to take (the random jackpot wasn't returned to the game).

This is a very big win that they unfairly refuse to pay.

So clearly I do not believe Golden Euro deserves to be in the accredited list of casinos if they refuse to pay such winnings.

My user name at the casino: 1Xfilesfan

    Thank you,
    Thomas

So you are saying it's ok to break the bonus terms if it's only by a little? What about those players who stick with the terms and never break them? Would that be fair to them? I've played RTG casinos off and on for the past 16 years and I have never noticed this trick you are talking about.

Once you break the terms all game play is null and void. The best way to handle this is to ask if they could reset the bonus and start again - asking them for favors is not the way to deal with this.

You are a veteran at RTG slots it seems as you adjusted your playing lines to comply with the max bet so you should know the software adjusts itself to max lines once you exit and return. Its a careless mistake but still your mistake nevertheless. They are well within their rights to confiscate your winnings though you could make a plea to them. By bringing this into the open and bringing their accreditation on the line I wouldn't pay you if I were them.

I've asked Yasmeen to follow up on this

Nothing questionable about this failed PAB. The only thing being manipulated was the forum membership by the OP who was not forthright in his public complaint. He cherry picked the details, and the membership ate them up.

I've asked Yasmeen to follow up on this as well. Have you forwarded this information along with your player account info to make sure everything was square. If there was any glitch that sent out the wrong info to players, it would have been reflected on a massive scale. I am not aware of this problem happening to anyone else, or have I missed something?

This response is unbelievably partisan and extremely manipulative, making me understand that you have interest in siding with Golden Euro.
I did not knowingly break the rules, and breaking the rules did not benefit me in any way. I corrected the error once I've noticed it.
This event shouts out so clearly that the casino is just using any trick and excuse not to pay.

Not only the casino should limit my bet (which they can easily do) instead of not paying me, they changed my bet so that they will have an excuse not to pay. They make millions out of pulling stunts like this, and if you need proof of it, just read your own forum.
Their fine prints are getting smaller and smaller just to make sure no player would be payed her/his winnings.
So many claims of players not being payed because of allowed games or max bet, the casinos just keep on not paying instead of changing and limiting the software.
You and your forum can bring the change by forcing the casinos to change and start playing fair but instead you just keep making sure the casinos will keep on voiding winnings of players.

If you would have any honesty in you, which clearly you do not, you would at least mention that the casino voided a random jackpot that they should pay or return to the game.

You're criticizing the player instead of the system, because I'm assuming you work for the system and the system works for you (maybe ads in your website, maybe more benefits from casinos).

You're clearly partisan, and I can't believe I came to this forum thinking anything higher of you.

You assume many things. Why would i know that returning from the cashier would mean software adjustment??
And how do you not see the manipulation of the casino and their software so that I would violate the terms?

This is a clear manipulation to not have to pay me (and many other players).
Not only are they not limiting their slots to fit terms, they change my bet so to trick me to place higher bet than I wanted.

Again, I did not win any money making those bets.

I'm not asking favors for them to pay, I will make them pay my winnings and won't rest until they do, because It's what's right.

Alright, let me get this straight. It's ok for you to violate the casino's rules concerning bonus play, even though most everyone else abides by these terms without a problem.

I mention that it is not fair to the players who follow these terms - but you feel you are special because the casino caused the bet amount to change.

And then you have the audacity to challenge my veracity and say that I am dishonest - just because I don't feel that you have a case. I will guarantee that a majority of the members who are players here find issue with your belligerent commentary. These players are the ones I am standing up for - not some jerk who can't follow simple instructions and who blames others for his stupid mistakes.

    Goodbye.

Edited to add: I had also given a quick suggestion for a resolution (even though you didn't ask for one) that I thought was fair: rebooting the account from scratch and trying it again. That would have been a nice gesture from the casino because they don't have to do this. But at this moment, I would suggest that they just refund your deposit and tell you to take a hike.

Yes, that is too unlikely to be considered true.

This is unrelated to this thread but I sometimes think that the idea of casinos having whatever terms and conditions they want is incorrect.

I see three rules relevant to this topic on the Standards for Accredited Casinos page:
Must not confiscate winnings for vague & unclear reasons, such as "irregular playing patterns" or "bonus abuse", without specific T&C violations.
Essentially this says that the terms must be clear.

No player shall be involuntarily placed into a situation which breaches the terms and conditions during the course of play.
You can't keep to the terms if you must break them.

This one is not too clear I think: Must not implement terms that can be construed as "unfair" towards the player.

    Hi there,

The casino is based in €uros but we will take US customers, however, it may not be feasible as the payment methods are those which do not serve that market.

    Kind regards,

Well, time's up for the BBF. So far we had a few dissenting comments, but I feel that these have either been rectified or cleared up. Any naysayers?
