After the neteller issues were resolved pretty fast yesterday i could aslo make my first deposit (Heads up to your very friendly cs agent who did not forgot to inform me once neteller was up and running again). What I consider "not good" is the fact that the neteller secure code is saved in visible numbers, i would also opt for having to enter each deposit, acc # can and should be saved, but the secure code should be treated more sensitive, imagine smb gets to your casino account and empties your neteller as all data is saved and visible, i do not want to have to deal with neteller cs explaining, and trying to get that back. :oops:

Anyway, for slotsmillion sofar i must say i really like the site. First good point is the whole design and interface, looks solid and well thought, works perfectly fine. The game choice is really outstanding, was nice to do some spius on scary rich once again. Still palying on my first dep+bonus so let´s see ...;) Hopefully i can comment on the wd process soon ;)
What I also noticed is that some games from certain providers seem to lack a bit more then others. Netent and Microgaming worked very smooth for me , whereas rival games lack very long and its not a big fun palying them for longer time as each spin takes like ages. I seem to remember that was the same for me on tropezia, but hey at least these guys offer rivals on amulti platform web based casino ;) pretty unique...

I was playing "Great Blue" but the game kept crashing on me, my bad luck it crashed 2 or 3 times on free spins. I could see the winnings from FS in the background, but they weren't going to my balance.
When reopening the game the winnings were gone. Logged ticket with support, I was promised that someone will have a look but no one ever came back to me.

So I don't have great first impression. I like Tropezia, I'm playing there regularly, but I don't think I will do another deposit in S-Millions, unless this was a result of teething and someone overlooked my request.

Same thing happened to me 2 days ago too on the game 'great blue'. Signed up to slotsmillion deposited $20 and wanted to try some playtech games because I never have played them before. Decided to play great blue after checking some posts on this forum. It was already off to a shaky start playing because every now and then the game would freeze and I'd get an error message to contact playtech. Close game reopen and seems to work again with the spin being finished and whatever was won on that spin credited. After maybe 10-15 minutes I got the bonus round with 16 or 17 free spins (can't remember) and x7 multiplier (I think lol).

Free spin seemed to work ok first 2-3 spins then it stalled again. So I open and close and I did this approximately 5 TIMES to actually be able to finish the free spins. I won in total about $15 but the odd thing was it did not get credited to balance. I opened up the chat tab and told the CS and told her about the issue and she said she will let tech support know (I still remember her first name if interested). To be honest I told CS I don't mind not getting credited $15 (though it'd be nice :p) but it was kind of annoying and it has put me off playing any playtech game on your site until you can confirm that games wont time out and I will get credited at least with free spin wins. Maybe me being in Australia has something to do with it?

Anyway I went on to play superman and busted out. If you need more info my username is the same as on this forum (psychogene), I played 2 days ago - deposited $20 took no bonus. BTW it looks a real good site and I will be sure to be back when all is sorted as I'm sure it will be!

So I have looked into your account, and I've spoken with the customer service manager as well. We are really sorry for not keeping you up-to-date. As a matter of fact we are still awaiting response from Playtech in regards to your ticket. Once we get a resolution we will contact you and let you know.

In the meantime we are putting procedures in place, and that is to frequently contact the customers and let them know the status of their tickets/issues. Thank you for the patience, I am I'm really happy that we did not bump into somebody who would've crucified the support team because of this. Trust me the guys and girls are working really hard, and they do care.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I have contacted the customer service manager and brought to attention that it seems some of your balance was not credited to your account. The tech team will do a proper investigation, and if there's anything mismatching, be sure that you will arrive to your account. Regardless, you will get an update from our team.

We did have issues with three Playtech games, and we even disabled couple of these games while awaiting feedback from Playtech. I don't believe that it has to do with your location as we had two players from another side of the world with the exact same problem. Stay tuned, I will follow up with an update about these games.

Thank you for your positive feedback, I'm very glad to hear that everything is working as it should. In reality, majority of the players did not experience any problems, but I'm sure that in this launching stage more players than usual are experiencing some form of problems - thank God nothing too serious.

Now to your question; I do not think that we will add paysafecard because it looks like they require a German gaming license in order to process payments in Germany. It is all a bit gray to me, I do not think that we can actually apply for the German license, I don't know, it's far from my expertise. We have a EU license and that should actually be overruling a local license, it's all about politics and taxes: two things that make me sleepy...

There are other payment methods that we offer; debit or credit card, Ecopays, uKash, Neteller and there a few more in the works. I really hope that the payment methods are not going to be hinder for you to discover what could possibly be your next favorite casino :D

When i open netent games in real money mode, i only see black with this message

I have to say - hats off to customer service there, obliviously my previous experience was result of teething issues.

I've got phone call from SlotsMillions just to say that they are investigating the case and I can be sure that everything will be explained, if any winnings weren't paid casino will make sure that I will get those. It wasn't huge money, that's why I didn't bother to follow up initial call (had other problems than chasing couple of euro at the time) but still - fair play to them.
 
Improved Performance

Hello everyone,

I have just received a report from our IT team that they have found the issue causing occasional latency with specific software providers and that it was optimised today.
Now they will move forward and look into the 8 cases where few Playtech slots were not crediting the account balance properly during a bonus round. Individual players will be contacted with the results and of course the balances will be adjusted correctly :thumbsup:

I think they meant while a bonus is active and playing with your deposit while not dipped in to bonus money
