Tried the site out.

Pros:

Cool site with many games to choose from (although my deposit didn't last but a few minutes, so didn't get to try many ).

Deposits and slots all ran smoothly.

Easy to navigate page and options.

Easy to find balances and wagering indicator.

Found it easy to redeem free spins the next day.

Cons:

This is a massive issue for me, and probably the only reason I won't return as a regular player:

NO MOBILE SITE!!

In this day and age, I just can't understand why any new site wouldn't co-launch a mobile site at the same time as a desktop site, especially given all the major competitors have one, and the mobile platform is the largest growing sector right now.

My opinion may not count for much, but I generally only play on mobile platforms, so this is a big 'Con' for me.

Also couldn't see anything to suggest there was any loyalty system in place, and this is the main reason, along with no mobile site, that I closed my account at Tropezia Palace some time ago, and never returned.

If you have no standard loyalty system, and aren't willing to 'comp' regular losing customers, then I can't see how you can compete with those that do, such as Betat, Guts, Thrills, Bgo, Next & Luck, etc, etc.

Of course this is just my opinion, but if I lose eg. $200, then it's just logical that I will play at, and show my loyalty to, the casino that is willing to offer me a $20 comp if the session was abnormally fast with a low rtp, or is following a few similar sessions before it.

Just for the record, I didn't ask for a comp at SlotsMillion, as I only made a small deposit, hence didn't deserve one, plus already had a bonus attached. However, I'm assuming the same terms would apply as Tropezia Palace, where I did make multiple larger deposits, and got very little play time, and obviously no consideration for any compensation to extend my session. Boohoo me!


Other than that, didn't test withdrawals or CS, as obviously had no reasons to, so all in all a good looking site, but probably not one for me moving forward. May make a few smaller deposits to take the remaining welcome bonuses, but won't make any larger straight deposits that can otherwise go to my regular sites.

I've signed up to Slots Millions recently and made my first deposit.

I was playing "Great Blue" but the game kept crashing on me, my bad luck it crashed 2 or 3 times on free spins. I could see the winnings from FS in the background, but they weren't going to my balance.
When reopening the game the winnings were gone. Logged ticket with support, I was promised that someone will have a look but no one ever came back to me.

Same thing happened to me 2 days ago too on the game 'great blue'. Signed up to slotsmillion deposited $20 and wanted to try some playtech games because I never have played them before. Decided to play great blue after checking some posts on this forum. It was already off to a shaky start playing because every now and then the game would freeze and I'd get an error message to contact playtech. Close game reopen and seems to work again with the spin being finished and whatever was won on that spin credited. After maybe 10-15 minutes I got the bonus round with 16 or 17 free spins (can't remember) and x7 multiplier (I think lol).

Free spin seemed to work ok first 2-3 spins then it stalled again. So I open and close and I did this approximately 5 TIMES to actually be able to finish the free spins. I won in total about $15 but the odd thing was it did not get credited to balance. I opened up the chat tab and told the CS and told her about the issue and she said she will let tech support know (I still remember her first name if interested). To be honest I told CS I don't mind not getting credited $15 (though it'd be nice ) but it was kind of annoying and it has put me off playing any playtech game on your site until you can confirm that games wont time out and I will get credited at least with free spin wins. Maybe me being in Australia has something to do with it?

So my phone is ringing non stop, and no message is left after any call. As I rarely receive calls from private numbers, I was thinking to myself who could it be, and then I receive an email from Slotsmillion saying they have been trying to call and will continue to try.

One of my biggest pet hates is being called by casinos, especially in an aggressive manner like this.

Can I ask what was so important that you would have to continually try ringing me, and couldn't be communicated to me via email like every other casino I play at?
