I opened an account with Palace Casino under Progress Play. I deposited without fuss, lost on the live roulette. deposited again, played a slot. Won 3900 pounds. They then froze the account asked for verification, I complied with every request. Passport, holding bank card, proof of address. I waited a few days as I wanted to withdraw. They then got back to me explaining they will refund my deposits however my withdrawals will be revoked due to "irregular gameplay" citing I had an advantage. How could I possibly have an advantage. Anyway I exhausted their complaints procedures and they said they would not change their minds and said I could contact Ecogra to complain further. I did that, they said eventually 2 weeks later that I according to Progress Play I needed to go through the complaints system. I DID THAT. I've sent proof of this back and weeks later still no response. I have read mostly terrible reviews of Ecogra who I sense are apart of this corruption. I went to the UK Gambling commission and they've said they will note the complaint (AS THEY LICENSE THESE FRAUDS) Max here was most helpful in guiding me. Sadly I am now at a point where I don't know where to turn or what to do. The commission recommended a solicitor but is there no other way? 3900 pounds is a good amount of money and I'm a single parent. I do not gamble often and am so disappointed that these companies are licensed and can some how operate. I would not recommend these con men or Ecogra to anyone.
