It was very difficult reading this. I kind of feel bad for Usher the customer service rep... He was calm, cool and collected
and handled your aggressiveness pretty professionally.

You should of just accepted Bitcoin as the method of payout and waited. You won from a freebie! Pick up a hobby
for 7-10 business days until your money arrives.

Yeah, i'm now waiting almost a year on payouts. Granted, they have paid me over $30,000, but a year!?!?!?!? Good luck!

I would be calm collective myself.. Copy and pasting the same thing over and over is pretty simple. His CS was nothing but "cntrl c" "cntrl. V" Still in my opinion that not good customer service at all. After reading the replies from this thread. I am very glad. I did not wait the 7 to 10 days to get approved for the check.. OVERALL POINT... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH POSH. THEY SUCK.
 
Wow that's a rough convo. The only way to get your pay fast is bitcoin. You would have had to make a deposit via bitcoin. Mine seemed like a process but I then turned around and made my deposit via bitcoin and got my winnings 2 days later. But no sense in explaining more since you closed your account. Maybe next time be a bit more patient and ask a casino which is the fastest way to get paid. And make your first deposit that way.

Oh Ya! I've Been There Done That Many Times With Posh! They ARE Huge Time-Wasters and Sometimes I Think the "customer service reps" are half-asleep......because it takes Forever for them to answer your simple question. I am DONE with POSH......as of last month (April 17, 2022).
 
Wow that's a rough convo. The only way to get your pay fast is bitcoin. You would have had to make a deposit via bitcoin. Mine seemed like a process but I then turned around and made my deposit via bitcoin and got my winnings 2 days later. But no sense in explaining more since you closed your account. Maybe next time be a bit more patient and ask a casino which is the fastest way to get paid. And make your first deposit that way.
That fast? I waited well over a month just for them to approve the withdrawal request..now I’m at 3 months and a week and still haven’t been paid. So beyond 4 months and nothing. The cashout is for 1800- I deposited via BTC, and I’m just constantly being told the “3rd party processors are experiencing unusual volume and we cannot give you a time frame at this point”. Mind you I’m getting emails almost every day from them advertising 48 hour BTC withdrawals. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’m happy for you that it worked out.
 
I should’ve done my due diligence and researched them. At the time I can say what I found online was virtually nothing about them. (2-years back roughly).
I received via email their 500- promo with a max 1K cashout and like a fool continued on almost exclusively with posh
 
Yeah, they're well over a year now, and they even approved my very last withdrawal on 7-21-22, so I think they are done.
 
Oh even reading through this chat makes me feel akward. Having vast experience in client management I only can express words of support to the author 😔
 
FWIW I have been able to get a number of Posh cases resolved -- and players paid -- over the last few months. The rep is temporarily offline due to medical issues but I expect they'll return shortly and the case resolutions will resume.

And just to chime in here, many support offices don't have phone support mainly for the reason that all agreements need to be in writing and have a paper trail. Also, the OP comes across as an entitled rude customer. No patience. I don't think there were any polite terms used like "please" and "thank you". It's like you're speaking to a bot or something. These customer reps are under a lot of pressure, are underpaid, and have other things on their minds like how are they going to make their car payments or problems with their kids at school - not how you're going to get some winnings off of some freebie.

Treating people with respect goes a long way.
 
So yeah find another job then if your incapable of doing so. Come'on.. A month to be paid out. Can we play slots now and deposit our funds a month later? Dont think so.
