I’ve private messaged @EGO hoping for some help with my first Playojo withdrawal for £1,800. I’ve had no emails (inbox and junk) or pop ups in the time that has lapsed since my withdrawal request over 26 hours ago. The chat replies are from a BOT and having no luck. I messaged prior to my last deposit that obtained the win to check if any further documents were needed and it was confirmed everything was fine and I should enjoy playing OJO (took screenshots of chat) so there is no valid reason for this delay. It’s really unsettling and should be enjoyable time winning, not reading reviews worrying you won’t get your winnings
