Resolved PLAYOJO Withdrawal past 26 hours

I’ve private messaged @EGO hoping for some help with my first Playojo withdrawal for £1,800. I’ve had no emails (inbox and junk) or pop ups in the time that has lapsed since my withdrawal request over 26 hours ago. The chat replies are from a BOT and having no luck. I messaged prior to my last deposit that obtained the win to check if any further documents were needed and it was confirmed everything was fine and I should enjoy playing OJO (took screenshots of chat) so there is no valid reason for this delay. It’s really unsettling and should be enjoyable time winning, not reading reviews worrying you won’t get your winnings

I think the first withdrawal takes the longest and there after it’s been processed so much quicker. They are obviously following terms and conditions and carrying out routine checks hence the hefty wait on first withdrawal but haven’t had any issues since

Have done a few withdrawals from playojo never any issues. Until today. Withdrew before 2 am this morning and still waiting now and recieving no reply on either the live chat or the email. Have came across some quite worrisome reviews in reddit that anything over 500 they try to hold off paying for aslokg as possible to crue interest on those winnings. Hope that's not true. Can the OJO representative help me get a response and to see if any why the withdrawal is so delayed. Thank you.

Private message @EGO and he'll sort you out. Helped me reopen my account promptly. Sadly won't be playing until they improve their kickers though they used to have awesome deals not so much at the moment.

I did he basically just told me to be patient and wait. Its been over 18 hours since I made the request and its still player pending. I have many other sites that I enjoy using and now ojo isn't one of them. In the grand scale of things they won't care one less customer but whenever I or my husband come across their ads on social media we will make sure to let it know they aren't always as fast or as helpful as they pretend to be. Properly deflated as I has plans what I was going to do with it none of which I can do whilst still waiting but it's okay the longer the wait the more it'll help my decision never to use them again become a firm one. Have a good weekend xx

Never make plans for money you are going to spend on gambling, or maybe receive back. If the money had a destination, it should never have been gambled. A bird in the hand etc....

But I do understand where you are coming from if you've won and have an idea for its spending. Nowadays we should expect quicker cash-outs, when I started out 24-48 hours pending was normal. To have 18-odds hours at a weekend isn't dramatically bad at all but admittedly many have become far quicker than that in the UK markets over the last few years.

Oh don't worry I know haha, but thank you. I have a little monthly pot I allocate myself for fun, bingo, the odd spin on the slots and crazy time every bit and then today that paid off so I planned what I'd do with the winnings. I always say I play for fun and any big win would just be a bonus but it just seems to have spoiled the fun a little today haha! Never mind I'm sure ill wake up in the morning and it will hopefully be sorted by then. It just bugs me if they needed any further documentation or any means questions I'd of had it sent to them or answered already its just a case of delays for the sake of it it seems haha.
