Played there a couple of times - didn't win.
Was there a couple days ago and did finally win a couple hundred.
First I had to re-submit all verification information - again, although was previously verified.
Took a day and a private message to @EGO to get the transfer processed. This was an etransfer, so funds sent to gigadat for Payout. Waited a couple of hours and contacted gigadat. They report that Playojo controls the time frame of the payout, which I'm told will be another 1-3 DAYS. I play at a lot if online casinos. Payouts are 99%, under an hour once gigadat has the funds. Had 4 yesterday from Oshi and Bitstarz - no issues!!
Personally, I will not play here anymore. Like the games and site layout, payouts are s...........l.........o..........w. it you don't mind waiting DAYS, go for it, I'm done with them.

2 years ago I hit 20k on mega wheel . First of all kept it pending and reversible for 24hrs. Could only withdrawal 9,999$ max cash out a day. Worst casino ever in terms of customer service because they don't have any none. How they are accredited is beyond me. Finally got the first payout 3 days later. But I learned a little trick while waiting for second one. I took a 48hr time out boom money transferred. Canceled account they were good at first would not drop a dime in their ever again.

Worst casino ever in terms of customer service because they don't have any none. How they are accredited is beyond me. Finally got the first payout 3 days later. But I learned a little trick while waiting for second one. I took a 48hr time out boom money transferred. Canceled account they were good at first would not drop a dime in their ever again.

So I decided to give PlayOJO one more chance. On a Saturday morning, I made a deposit via Interac Etransfer. I did win some money and started the withdrawal process.
Time required for PlayOJO to approve the payout and send the request to Gigadat for processing 3h 45min.
Now it was up to Gigadat. Time required for Gigadat to process the payment, approx 61 Hours!! I did not send out any complaint emails - I simply let it happen. After I received the payment, I reached out to Gigadat for an explanation. I was told that Gigadat doesn't process payment on the weekend.

So now a comparison.
On the same Saturday, I played at three other casinos - Bitstarz, Oshi and Cleopatra. I used Interac Etransfer and Crypo deposits. I was fortunate enough to win at all three casinos.
Etransfer - Processing Time - Bitstarz - 16min. Processing Time by Gigadat - 22min ( But I thought they didn't process on the weekend????)
Etransfer - Processing Time - Oshi - 2h 43min. Processing Time by Gigadat - 27min
Etransfer - Processing Time - Cleopatra- 19min. Processing Time by Gigadat - 25min.

I couple of observations:
1. The Casino plays a part in the payment processing time - played at 4 casinos, requested Etranfer Cashouts at all 4 casinos, only the transfer from PlayOJO -->Gigadat --> Client took Days. So there must be a casino component!
2. Gigadat - not sure about the claim that they don't process payouts on the weekend, as I did receive Gigadat payments on the weekend.

Conclusion:
PlayOJO appears to process a payout in a reasonable amount of time. Payment Processing seems to be the issue. Unfortunately, this is a bit of a black box. The in's and out's are not defined and there is no clear explanation of the process and the part of each party plays in the process. For me, I prefer to have my winnings sooner that later. Will I play at PlayOJO - maybe, but given this experience, they are not my first, second or third choice.

It's a little bit confusing here, because there's actually two distinct systems with similar names. The FAQ at

• The first mentioned is standard e-transfer - that doesn't operate over weekends, so can be up to 72 hours for the transaction to be processed, and then the second notification is available the next day.
• The second mentioned is Interac e-transfer - and that is the instant payment variation where most transactions are processed in 30 minutes.

So that might suggest that PlayOJO are using the older (and slower) e-transfer system for withdrawals, but the others are using the newer (and faster) Interac e-transfer instead. If that is the case, perhaps something they can look into for the future so customers can be paid faster.

Saying that, a search for Gigadat and Interac shows how often the system falls over and "fast" payments take days - that's not limited to one casino and seems to be a recurring issue with the payment provider.

Gigadat has 2 different e-transfer options for companies to use. One is nearly instant, the other takes 1-3 days. Im not sure why playojo and some others decide to take the 1-3 day option.. and cause so many headaches. When they could easily just go the instant route. Frustrating.

I'm having a very similar situation, but I hit a £40k win been waiting 5 days now for my first withdrawal of £5k, I've reached out them on more than several occasions and they've said it with there payment team, my account has been fully verified and the only thing that is stopping the payment is the game provider ??‍. I've reached out to @EGO and haven't heard a thing either.

I'm getting really worried it's a scam
