Hi everyone,

First time poster, I am stressed out due to concerns regarding my withdrawals. I am unable to do use gigadat to do e-transfer withdrawals and used my visa debit (I'm Canadian). Anyways, I've played at this casino for at least three months and lost quite a bit but recently had some luck and won a decent amount of money. This casino only allows me to do $1500 withdrawals daily. The first two withdrawals I did last week came in two business days (1st was processed Tuesday and arrived in my chequing account on Thursday, and then the 2nd $1500 was processed on Wednesday and arrived on Friday). My third $1500 withdrawal was processed last Thursday, however, still isn't in my account and it's been 6 business days. I also had three others processed on Tuesday and those are still not here either. Has anyone else had this happen?

That sucks, are you with that one big bank that doesnt do e-transfers? Back when I was in canada card withdrawals didnt work 98% and would be rejected by the bank. Sometimes the casinos were able to send them a certain way to get them to work and that usually only happened with smaller amounts.

I'm guessing you were withdrawing 1500 each time so it has actually worked already. Perhaps the bank is only starting to reject them now for some reason. From the casino's side they will have processed them, then they should bounce and return to you if the bank didn't accept them. You do in some rare situations have to tell the casino about it to get it to bounce back properly but 99% of them do that automatically.

Which casino is this with? I would ask your bank about it too as card withdrawals from gambling sites usually don't work (unless ontario is different)

Thanks for your reply!

I blocked the gigadat e-transfers as I worried about fraud but didn't know it also blocked e-cashout.

The casino is cashed.com and my bank is CIBC. I went to my branch yesterday to search pending wire transfers and haven't heard back yet. I heard BMO is good with allowing withdrawals so may try using them instead. Just frustrating that I'm missing $7500.

What happened that worried you about fraud? I would check if cashed has other interac methods as I've noticed a few sites that have 2-3 versions of interac available (payper/loonio/gigadat etc)

Hearing that these are wire transfers makes alot more sense. Other than e-wallets it would always be an interac withdrawal if available or a wire transfer if not. Funnily enough I had a rough time with bmo and deposits. They did allow the transactions generally but blocked the card deposits way too frequently, I ended up moving to CIBC who, after an initial block and phone call explaining, did not block the card due to gambling transactions.

Must be a rabidi day today as this is the third thread, I think, that I've run into about one of their casinos. Good to see that they are paying out although hopefully the reason the issues with the withdrawals don't lie with them. I never had tons of small wire transfers so I'm not sure if snags are often hit with those, I would usually only get 1-2 larger wire transfers for wins.

I'd keep hounding both sides of the transaction and hopefully it will sort itself out whether its the bank or the casino. Have the casino provided proof of the wire transfer being processed other than saying it was? I can only see daily/monthly limits and you are a level 4 VIP so definitely not a weekly limit issue.

Ontario here, just used my visa debit for first time yesterday for withdrawal, I too was nervous but got it in like 2 days, but it was one of the bigger sites.

6 days is not good and would get asking as of 3 days ago to be honest.
