I am reaching out to you for some assistance on a few issues I’ve experienced recently on the PlayOJO site.
I’ve previously sent two emails to the customer support team but have not received a response yet, which is why I am hoping you might be able to help or advise.
Firstly, I regularly receive a document verification message every time I make a deposit, even though I have submitted the necessary documents before and my account was verified. This occurs despite there being no changes in my payment methods or personal details. Yesterday evening, I made a withdrawal request, but the status still shows as “Player Pending.” I am concerned that this ongoing verification message might be affecting the withdrawal process, and I would appreciate some clarification on whether I need to take any additional steps.
Secondly, during my playing session last night, I encountered multiple instances where game payouts failed. I managed to capture some screenshots of some of these failures, when I noticed - but I dont think that I managed to get them all.
Given that there is evidence of some significant amounts involved & the potentiality of kore instances that I didn’t capture/notice, I am quite concerned.
I’ve reported this through the site chat and followed up with emails, but I haven’t yet received a response on progress so far.
Think that the website states that withdrawals typically take a few hours to process, but it’s now approaching 12 hours, and my withdrawal is still pending. This delay, combined with the payout issues, has left me a bit anxious the status of my funds & if there is a more serious problem going on…?
I’m reaching out to you as obviously, I am keen to resolve this quickly. I understand that the technical issues can sometimes take time to investigate, although I’m unsure what the hold up is on the deposit message/withdrawal status. So, I would really appreciate any assistance or guidance you could provide.
