Signed up to PLAYOJO last month. They have accepted my ID and proof of address but won’t accept my funding evidence. I have provided 3 payslips and bank statements. They email back saying duplicate document and / or cannot be accepted. Live chat is a joke and I’m waiting for an hour every time I go on for them to say I’ll receive an email. I never do. Can’t deposit currently.
