Signed up to PLAYOJO last month. They have accepted my ID and proof of address but won’t accept my funding evidence. I have provided 3 payslips and bank statements. They email back saying duplicate document and / or cannot be accepted. Live chat is a joke and I’m waiting for an hour every time I go on for them to say I’ll receive an email. I never do. Can’t deposit currently.

Is there a PLAYOJO rep on here that could assist me? Thanks in advance

I am also having issues with this bad casino as well. I just sent the rep a private message as well.

My issue is related to my spend limits. They have taken nearly 2 weeks and still have not sorted it out for me after providing them with my proof of funds to get a increase in my disgusting standard low monthly spend limit which was set at only £100 per month. I wanted it increased to £300 per month. But the CS has been utterly appalling and their stupid live chat AI system is so annoying and it can take 10-20 mins trying to get that stupid AI to transfer you to an agent.

Then once you do finally get to an agent they respond super slow and never solve the issues and just tell lies. They are also incompetent because last night the live chat agent said deposit limits in her response and I had to correct her and say NO, it is SPEND LIMITS! they are 2 completely different things. She then apologised for the mistake.

Honestly, they need to be re-trained and also they need to either remove that AI live chat bot or just add an option as soon as it opens to be transferred to a human agent straight away so it does not waste more of our time!
