Deposit - Interac eTransfer - Pending Autodeposit (Casino Max, PlayOJO)

So, I've tried to deposit via Interac eTransfer to both of the online casinos mentioned, with PlayOJO I got one through, then tried to deposit again via the same mechanism, and the transaction is stuck on 'Pending Autodeposit' as below, Casino Max it never went through at all, example below:

To be clear, I used the information from the Interac transfer request email that came through to me at all times. I never received any 'successful' payment emails from Interac except for the one successful transfer that did go through (which makes sense to me).

The Casino Max one has been sitting there in this status since 18th Nov, the PlayOJO ones since 20th Nov.

None of their cashier teams / support teams seem to know what the deal is here -- to me it feels like it's been blocked somewhere?! The money has left my bank account though, but it seems to be in some kind of limbo. Though I think in this status it won't expire, so the money won't just auto 'bounce back' to my bank after a month.

Has anyone had this happen before? If so, is it on me to contact the bank? Just a weird one! Especially since one of the deposits was successful.

I would suggest comtacting the respective casino reps here on the forums. Both are quite responsive (during weekdays) and will most likely be able to assist you in short order. For PlayOjo it is @EGO and for CasinoMax it is @Karolina-CasinoMax (possibly @Jordon-CasinoMax as well). Drop them a Private Message with the necessary details. Please do come back and let us know how you get on.

So I had this happen once when I lived in canada, I'm not sure which bank you're with or if the term used by my bank is for the same stage but I had 4 transactions stuck on "processing deposit" at CIBC. I contacted Gigadat CSR and was told to sort it with the bank as they never reached them in any capacity. I gave it a few days as stuck deposits usually sort themselves out.

One of the payments resolved itself and the others remained stuck for a further 5 days until I called the bank and they fixed it. I asked a friend if he had any issues with interac that day and apparently he did too but only had one transaction stuck which had sorted itself out, just like the first of mine did.

As its been many days, like my situation, I would contact your bank and get them to sort out the payments. FYI, I had to go through various useless people until I got to someone who knew what they were talking about and they were able to sort it out very quickly but the previous people were talking off a script about reasons why it might be stuck.

Thank you, I will do so.

Seems like I'll probably have to call the bank indeed -- will post back with how I get on.

Hi PuffinCA,

Please send me a PM with your user name and I will look into this for you.

Kind regards,
Karolina

Should be able to go into your bank etransfer page and cancel any that are pending. Any that have ever stuck on me were returned to me within 24hrs. Log time since i used the Gigadat (Muchbetter comes to mind) and Wyzia was Betmgm in Ontario. Most Ontario sites have switched to Paybilt which depsoits are completed within 30 seconds.

If it's anything like the issue I had, the transfers are past the point of no return. Call to the bank will sort it. The casino/payment provider won't be able to do anything if the money never reached the payment provider.

It was 'Pending Autodeposit' -- cancelling it myself wasn't an option, I had to call the bank and get it cancelled, which was completed this morning.

Yep, this is exactly what I had to do, sorted now!

Thanks to @Karolina-CasinoMax for assisting me with this. :)
