Venting 32red has requested more documents.

32red has frozen my account since June. I was already verified and had been since 2025 and the day my account was frozen my verified status became unverified. I sent them my documents - bank statements, proof of earnings, photo of my drivers licenceand they've now requested more which I sent them today. I've since contacted resolver to move them along a bit as waited 3 weeks for 32Red to unfreeze my account and it's all going through them now. I have over 13k in winnings on the account that I can't withdraw and been sat there for well over a month. They have given me no update on what's happening. What's annoyed me is the company I'm employed in do an enhanced DBS check so if who I work for doesn't think I'm a criminal then why am I treated like one from a casino company? That's how it feels from them with delaying me to withdraw my winnings. They can spout it's Kyc but really I suspect they think all their customers are money launderers.

what happens if resolver doesn't resolve the problem, What do I do next?

No just more documents I already sent them. Drivers licence, bank statements and wage slips that I already sent them. let them go in to as much detail as they want to stall paying out which is exactly what it is. deliberately stalling

Its strange that they have requested the same info again - I could understand it more if they had asked for different to what they have already have.

Hopefully will get your money soon. Its weird how different casinos process some transactions - I withdrew $24k (£18.4k) from GG poker tonight (Saturday) at 12:35 - asked me for a bank statement at 12:38, sent it over and funds were in my account by 0100.

As to the OP, this does indeed sound like an enhanced due diligence check. If it actually is, this could unfortunately take some time and the casino in these cases have little to no control over the process.

However, that all being said. 32Red are regulated and licensed by the UKGC. Meaning you will eventually get your winnings.

Perhaps you might want to get Max and the PAB team to look into it for you?

A bit harsh mate - i was just showing how some casinos nail it - we know on here ABC are the same. I have better things to do than deliberatley troll people I have never met (especially at a weekend, during the week when I am meant to be working then its a different story)

I really hope they do another couple of series of red dwarf, but they do them like season 6 as opposed to the shows they put out a few years ago. Ive never watched spaced, will add it to my list.

It's ok I knew what you meant. I'll just be gutted if they don't give me my winnings. It would of been nice to have some money because I work hard and all for pennies and when I get a win like this I'm like wow finally be able to afford something nice for myself only to be not allowed it.
