PlayOjo withdraw, over 24 hours

Hi just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with player pending withdrawal from play ojo it’s been over 24 hours since I made the withdrawal. It’s usually instant or fairly quick when it hits my account. Spoke to online chat and they say it’s usually processed in a couple of hours. Any help appreciated thanks
