Hello.I have been playing on PlayOjo & they were fair at the beginning but when I started winning tournaments that I parti in & Won,I never received my cash awards or Free bonus spins.This is just one of a few problems,And nothing gets resolved because they don’t answer emails or the private chat customer support.I know I am not the only person having problems with OJO Online Casino.

Have you tried contacting the rep, @EGO ? Send them a Private Message regarding your situation. They're usually pretty good about such things.

With PlayOJO we're usually able to get to the bottom of things fairly quickly.

I play on Playojo on and off for like 4 years now, never got any problems, ye payout is abet slow but they do pay next day on Paypal
 
Another prize not awarded.Cant even count how many times PlayOJO hasn’t given prizes that I’ve won. No good support service doesn’t help at all.There should be no need for this inconvenience. I also have proof of at least 10 kickers I achieved requirements for,and never got my spins. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere..Very poor customer service.

Don’t waste time with this casino.The REP can’t even see the game activity properly.I won 1 tournament 5th place.Never got free spins.Pathetic service.Canceling my account today.

I was once a top player with them but got tired of their poor C/S and the same problems you're having. They have had months and years to resolve their C/S issues but they still don't seem to care and have not improved so I just stopped playing Playojo and never gone back. Hundreds of casinos with better C/S so why should anyone bother with the casino?
