Heya all, I want to drop a quick note on what I just saw at Winpalace.

I have just registered there. What I have seen is very interesting.
During registration you're asked your typical data. Name, address, DoB etc. etc. I have entered all those and finished registration.
Upon logging in and hitting "cashier" for the first time, the first thing you see is a
"These are your details, check them and make sure they're correct as incorrect details will cause you trouble later." screen.

I skim over those, and what do you know - my details there indeed ARE incorrect. My DoB got botched and some other thing, too, I don't remember what it was exactly anymore. So feeling how that is kind of weird I change them there and click "Proceed".

Thinking about what I just saw, I hit back on my browser to see the registration page once more - and all data was entered correctly there.

So the software somehow mishandled them.
And those things can definitely cause you trouble.

Just a heads-up.

Get this, it got even weirder.

I have since then deposited, with my Moneybookers.
Look what happens next.

So I deposit 200$ and what do you know, I only get 196$ there. Now THAT is weird!

Moneybookers charges max. $0.50 per transaction, so it's impossible to get $196 instead of $200.

I don't remember ever getting charged by Moneybookers.
I mean it could charge them (the merchant) just for doing business with them, but that never shows in my account in my (large) experience.

Yeah, stay away from winpalace IMO. They lie about being associated with that very rogue group (having a brain fart, can't think of the group), but yet the facts came up that they are associated.

Are you really saying that after 2 years at CM you have never heard about winpalace/regalbar? Did you do a search of the forums first?

Why people dont take advantage of the wealth of experience here before they try a new casino is beyond me.

I did a quick search here and didn't run into any unresolved problems coming up. They also aren't on the rogue list.
So Winpalace seemed okay.

:eek2:
Almost NEVER trust anyone who says "trust me"

:D
This one I definitely agree with.

Threads relating to Winpalace and their sister sites, including Slots Jungle and the newly purchased Casino Titan.

Number one red flag is any casino who won't even pay a 2 or 3K cashout in one go....but instead breaks it up into payments of $600 or $700 each, weeks apart.

There is also the relation to GoldVIP Club...who are the worst group of spamming assholes on planet Earth.

Beyond horrid customer service, claims of being licensed in the UK when in fact they are not.

For future reference Eagle, there is more to ponder in determing if a casino is reputable than JUST any unresolved issues. This thread here for example....I doubt you will PAB, so it won't become an unresolved issue. But it's still something to consider before one deposits money. No doubt at all the casino charged you some kind of fee, then proceeded to lie about it. No way in hell did Moneybookers charge anything. I use them all the time, have never been charged anything near this.

This is the best one here.....weeks to get paid what I consider a very small cashout:

And this one which shows a connection between them and Gold VIP, who should definitely be avoided at ALL costs:

To get the links for these threads, all I had to type into Search was Winpalace. I didn't even have to know of Regalbar (parent company), didn't have to know that they recently opened a new shithole called Slots Jungle or that they took over the previously reputable Casino Titan and ruined it.

Hoping maybe that will help you in future searching endeavours Eagle.

Thanks a lot for the reply. You really put in the effort.

I was aware of possible connections to other casinos. However, I noticed a very active (and fair) rep on the boards, too. And I consider a lot of casinos to be linked in one way or another, simply because people change jobs and aquire new businesses and such.
So those two about evened out and I jumped into WinPalace.

I did not notice the payments issue, yeah, that's a nuisance. Still, I'll take 700$ a week over that one non payment that I'm in the middle of right now. :(

Personally, when I choose whether I'll join some casino, I always check CM and check out unresolved issues as my #1 thing. For now, until this charge which I definitely did not like, they seemed okay.

Hi Eagle,

Haven't noticed this thread so far.

If you can PM me you're user name I'll request the finance guys to explain this.

Kind regards,
Daniel
