Crikey it's hard work spending a bit of your money online to have a modest gamble these days isn't it?
I haven't deposited at VS for years, because I objected to their nerfing of RTPs and rewards, and the slightly underhand ways in which they went about it (this was well documented on my previous YT channel).
I do nearly all my play at 3Dice these days, and have done for quite some time, but since Dice Fusion delivered a kick in the bollocks to me so large it can be seen from space with the naked eye (documented here - New 3Dice slot - 'DICE FUSION', 3Dice does Reactoonz - Casinomeister Forum ) I've been looking around a little bit at other options.
Unibet has stopped accepting my debit card for no apparent reason whatsoever, it craps out, says it's going to do extended verification (which I'm used to doing online for any purchases, using the banking app for MFA which I'm totally in agreement with), and then fails to do so. I have learned the hard way not to get even remotely involved with CS at 99% of casinos (3Dice are actually one of the exceptions here as they have 24/7 actual real person CS), so I couldn't be arsed pursuing it.
Therefore taking a look around, I always start with CM accredited casinos, but the hole I keep falling into is them not recognising that the IOM exists, so I'm basically forced to choose UNITED KINGDOM as my country when that's a false statement, the IOM is not part of the UK.
The other problem with this is, if I see registration out to completion, I get 'homed' to the UK so I get the non-autoplay version of games. I went through the whole signup process at Bet365 a couple of nights ago, sent my docs to them to get my account fully verified, fired up a slot and yeah, no autoplay. There is no world where I'm playing an online slot without an autoplay.
I've also noticed that Paypal seems to have disappeared as a deposit option from the few other casinos I still have active accounts at, so thanks for that too.
In the end I was just like, 'Hang on, I still have an active account at VS, and I'm in the mood to have a crack at BTG's Lucky Streak Mark2, and BTG only run their games with one maths model, let's see if I can deposit there'. So yeah, the exact same card that's stopped working at Unibet worked fine at VS, deposited £100 no problem and I am (obviously...... ) losing on Lucky Streak Mark2.
So yes, that's two rules broken, never play at VS again and never play Lucky Streak Mark2 again, but that's the point here, when it gets this hard to just have a little bit of a punt with your own cash, I reserve the right to ultimately seek the path of least resistance. And at least if I win, (yeah I know, finishing up a winner on Lucky Streak Mark2, LOL), VS will pay me.
Lucky Streak Mark2 is such a great game though, I just wish there was a less volatile version of it to play.
And as you can see here, at least VS knows the IOM is a thing so I get slots with an autoplay feature.
Of course I checked the help file, the game is running at 96.32% RTP, you can say what you want about BTG, they're keeping their RTPs solid.
