Imagine the shit you would get from people on Twitter and Facebook - every casino gets tons of negative feedback on social media, just for being a gambling company, imagine that PLUS all the shit they will get about the way the business is currently ran!

Can be, just not sure why their clients would be happy that they show their competitors in their job openings without any mentioning about why and in which content they are there. It's not really small company and could list few other casinos from Malta who use them as well.

The Casumo review mentions twice about the SoW requests and also links to this thread, and others.
However, I really think it should be looked at as a matter of urgency. The fact the user rating has dropped to 7.4 (against the CM one of 9.3) should be cause for concern in itself.

The fact is, taking 2 weeks plus to verify SoW is bad.
The fact they do it on withdrawal is bad (and unjustifiable in most cases I imagine).
The fact they refuse withdrawals but allow deposits, I would suggest is the total opposite of Responsible Gambling.
The fact they return withdrawals to people's accounts, again, is terrible, especially when you consider they removed the lock button for a lot of people recently.
The fact is, doing the above can cause people to play their winnings back, as Gameroom has, and doubtless plenty of others have done too. Yes, it is his fault, but if they hadn't returned his money to his account, he wouldn't have spent it back. If they had taken 48 hours to process the documents, he wouldn't have spent it back. If they had locked his account while processing the SoW documents, he wouldn't have spent it back.

@Casinomeister I don't know if you have read this thread recently, but a quick look through should show you the extent of this problem.

Judging by the fact that you state it is their fault that you lost your money I assume some one from Casumo was standing behind you with a loaded weapon forcing you to blow that 4K on roulette - damn these Casino's are getting aggressive.

Oh sorry it appears it is also Casinomeister's fault as well.

I should send you some cash as I assume I must be partly to blame as well, I mean you have blamed everyone else for the loss except yourself #personalresponsibility

It wasn't about the money in the end gameroom lost his deposit of £200 quid, yes he had built it up for £4000.

This is pure frustration, i've done this on a few occasions myself, he did not want to go through all the associated hassle of trying to get his funds. i wouldn't say it's down to casinomeister, he has just used it for a guide thats all, Clearly there is a massive problems ongoing at Casumo.

At the end of the day it is gamerooms decision to make on how,what or whatever he does online.

Maybe on another day he may well of dug his heels in & stuck it out, but wasn't the case this time round, if anyones to blame here it is Casumo by not adhering to their own terms & making plenty of out right poor decisions in the favour of the casino, as others have said stay well clear of the joint.

I think you're find it's a little of both , frustration & venting...........

only gameroom could supply the info regarding this, but i understand his/her frustration & don't like seeing that people are jumping down on the player, yes he suggested casinomeister was part to blame etc etc, but i think he has said it more out of frustration.

You say responsibility why because he lost his winnings ?? the fact is going by what the player said he lost £200 either way you look at it. sadly the £4000 was indeed never sent , its down to the player to what he/she does, like i've said he/she could of played the long game .......

Ive been a member here for years & seen a lot of stuff come & go.

you know nothing about the player & nor do i.

Doesn't mean he is not responsible just because he didn't do what you may have done.

Venting is done in many forms & this is one of them.

Hopefully the player shall learn from this , but still the main problem is with Casumo being poor at every level, always happens when these companies become to big for their boots as such, many casinos over the years have done this
