The Casumo review mentions twice about the SoW requests and also links to this thread, and others.
However, I really think it should be looked at as a matter of urgency. The fact the user rating has dropped to 7.4 (against the CM one of 9.3) should be cause for concern in itself.
The fact is, taking 2 weeks plus to verify SoW is bad.
The fact they do it on withdrawal is bad (and unjustifiable in most cases I imagine).
The fact they refuse withdrawals but allow deposits, I would suggest is the total opposite of Responsible Gambling.
The fact they return withdrawals to people's accounts, again, is terrible, especially when you consider they removed the lock button for a lot of people recently.
The fact is, doing the above can cause people to play their winnings back, as Gameroom has, and doubtless plenty of others have done too. Yes, it is his fault, but if they hadn't returned his money to his account, he wouldn't have spent it back. If they had taken 48 hours to process the documents, he wouldn't have spent it back. If they had locked his account while processing the SoW documents, he wouldn't have spent it back.
@Casinomeister I don't know if you have read this thread recently, but a quick look through should show you the extent of this problem.
