One thing we must always remember is that the casinos are NOT government or law enforcement agencies. They cannot keep your money, unless they turn everything over to some kind of agency and there is some REAL crime that has been committed. Depositing and winning is not a crime. One day it might be, but nowadays it's not.

Yet, for some fucking reason these amateurs actually believe that they're the FBI and we're Hannibal Lecter. No Sonny, you're just a bunch of amateurs trying to be government agencies. Sorry, but you're just not. I wouldn't even trust these jokers to protect a lego castle. That's how amateurish these idiots are.
The thing also is, most, if not all casinos, are private properties, which means they can set whatever rules they want as long as they comply with the requirements of their licensors. This is why shite like this here is happening. And when there's a team behind that hasn't got a clue on how to do things properly, it makes it twice worse.

Almost, but not really. Almost all of this bullshit would never hold up in any western court. Teh internetz is why these idiots can hold their own court. In the real world they'd get their cocks kicked in in about 20 seconds. LOL

A curious question! Are you sure they must pay out if you ask to close the casino account? What if one is selling people for a living and sometimes plays with this money at Casumo?

I recall having a problem with one of Genesis casinos where, after winning, they requested KYC and rejected a UK bank statement as proof of address, stating that I won't be paid until they received the required docs (and the account closure won't make difference). However, the morons accepted something that no other casino would accept as proof of their customer address and then paid all my winnings out. I can't tell what was that as some here can use it for bad purposes.
Well if they are holding your money this loong and keep telling you to send send send sow, And you are doing so. Then the last procedure is i think to take them to court like the case with the guy that won some sort of jackpot. Cant recall the name but there is a topic on him on cm.
