Problem with Casumo SOW

I recall combing through some older Casumo threads, where they'd just become Grey-zoned from their lofty accreditation perch, and it was brought up then that there's no reason or excuse as to why they'd delay withdrawals to record levels.

I may or may not have missed developments since those heady days, but seems to me that they're still pulling the same stunt, almost two years later, having all but given up the ghost, and making no effort to reposition themselves as an elite outfit.

So short of them flouting whatever guidelines the UKGC currently have in place, it appears that their stalling withdrawals as though their life depended on it, with PABs and official complaints becoming the only viable option. There's KYC and there's TTPOOYC, and they strongly favour the latter, seemingly.

And if they've progressively worsened in this period, are they not Pit-worthy? or are they already? Don't know!

But I do know that they appear to be resting on their laurels and abusing their place on this platform :cool:

I don't think there is any other industry in which such behavior is acceptable. At least now Jay should pick up the phone and not hang up before the problem is solved. Or Skype him, or whatsapp. It's 2022 ffs.

I tried to contact him via forum private chat and live chat but was told that Jay will not be there until the 21st.

And now, by the way, I don’t think Jay has anything new to say. This is all in the hands of the "relevant department"..🥱

Goddamned!! One quick missed call for unknown number! Why couldn't the customer service tell me days ago that an attempt has been made to reach me? Why they need "some" clarification?? Why didn't they leave a call request, email or anything ?? Casumo doesn't do the fucking thing, and Jay is the only one who answers something sensible.

Sorry for the rough use of language, but I'm really starting to get annoyed by this situation. 💀

I think they were demoted to the 'Grey Zone' a while back, a sort of middle ground of not accredited, but not quite rogue either.

Unless that's changed, in which case ignore this and burn it with fire 🔥

why not just SELF -EXCLUDE ? I may well be totally wrong here, but my understanding has always been that if you self exclude from a casino they have to pay/ send your remaining account balance to you within 48hrs, a self exclusion would cancel all these document checks as they are required to have absolute minimal contact with a self-excluded gambler?

I think they're a pretty rubbish watering hole but would be nice to see them go through an independent process to confirm such.

Let players deposit how mutch they want and then just tells them to fuck off when they want to do a withdrawl. Every time casino is stalling like this, they should be removed from casinomeister immediately!! Casumo you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!

I don't know if it's possible? This option would work well because I will never play Casumo again. I just want my money and that's it.

I am not, because this case had to be resolved a little faster and easier than what has now happened.

The situation at the moment is that they got in touch today and asked for one more document. They said that if I can deliver it, that's the last thing they ask for. I sent it to them but haven't heard back yet.

I still don't understand how such a big company handles things so slowly, if that's not its purpose.

Just close your acount with them and they are forced to send the money right away! They are truley disgusting casino how they treat players, They gladly take your deposit without sow.

Imagine how long people who have no idea about sites like this are waiting for their money.

You should absolutely PAB. There's no excuse for it taking this long.

I don't think I have to force anyone, because it's honestly won money that should be paid to me at the latest when the process is over.

I understand the process, but not why it's done so goddamn slowly...

I recall having a problem with one of Genesis casinos where, after winning, they requested KYC and rejected a UK bank statement as proof of address, stating that I won't be paid until they received the required docs (and the account closure won't make difference). However, the morons accepted something that no other casino would accept as proof of their customer address and then paid all my winnings out. I can't tell what was that as some here can use it for bad purposes.

One thing we must always remember is that the casinos are NOT government or law enforcement agencies. They cannot keep your money, unless they turn everything over to some kind of agency and there is some REAL crime that has been committed. Depositing and winning is not a crime. One day it might be, but nowadays it's not.

Yet, for some fucking reason these amateurs actually believe that they're the FBI and we're Hannibal Lecter. No Sonny, you're just a bunch of amateurs trying to be government agencies. Sorry, but you're just not. I wouldn't even trust these jokers to protect a lego castle. That's how amateurish these idiots are.
