And then the rep does the 'Kasper' Slide and exits the thread
Much better for reps to say 'We will TRY to continue offering the top RTP's but, failing that , we will let players know if we can't (or wont)And then the rep does the 'Kasper' Slide and exits the thread
That's like when i said, need to lose these pounds so no more pizza for me, last weekBut the rep said - 'We will always have the highest RTP's' ... Did someone say 87%?

Yes, leovegas used to have the rtp listed in the 'info section' that was below a slot when you loaded one up. (see pic)Yeah Videoslots also lowered the RTP secretly before (they let every1 know about it in their "news", but no1 reads that and its hidden away at the bottom of their homepage = secretly.)
*When a casino has lowered the RTP it should say so in clear text (popup window?) so every1 can see it when they login or open a game.
The RTP should also be visible at all times for every game (like Unibet has it).
You shouldnt be forced to search for it by clicking (?/!) or info or whatever.
I think Leovegas also did it?
jag förstår inte svenska.Yes, leovegas used to have the rtp listed in the 'info section' that was below a slot when you loaded one up. (see pic)
Then for some weird reason they removed the information about rtp, but kept all the other information.
This was around the time (more like exactly the time) they lowered the rtp on all providers aswell.
Probably just a coincidence both things happened at the same time.

Hey @Twin
Would it be already time to take your heads off your a**es and comment something?
Or are you going to just continue this rogue-policy? What ?
Kasper contacted me yesterday telling me that they would be changing the RTPs back, and that he was going to prepare a statement. But your impatience and badgering of the casino rep just earned you an infraction. Don't do it again. Thank you.Hey @Twin

More than one week later no response - Now that seems to be a loooong statement...Kasper contacted me yesterday telling me that they would be changing the RTPs back, and that he was going to prepare a statement. But your impatience and badgering of the casino rep just earned you an infraction. Don't do it again. Thank you.
So back to how it was with highest rtp on all games especially play n go ? No limit , Net ent etc? I literally abruptly stopped depositing as soon as I saw this thread when I usually deposited every day or every other day. So i hope you guys are legit with this and are able to become one of my only 3 depositing casinos again.Hi!
Apologies in the delay of my statement, I was out of office.
As many of you know, Twin has recently withdrawn from the German market.
When we were operating in the German market, we were hit hard by the Tax on TO - just like the other operators. As a result, we were driven to lower our RTP on a very limited number of providers.
Now that we are no longer in Germany, we have reverted back to the global RTP rates for the few providers that were affected.
We understand and appreciate the comments from we have received from all of customers, and we will continue to monitor our results to ensure we are able to provide you with a fair and safe gaming experience.
Kind regards
Twin.com
as I said: twin needed the money…twin now also will close all accounts of german players...
So they need YOUR money now guys as we from germany cannot "donate" to them anymore...
Best of luck
This is the methodology we used to uncover the RTP discrepancies at Coral and Gala, that's not the say PnG haven't changed something since then, but certainly at the time I made this video, we were able to prove that the casino were advertising one RTP and running at a lower RTP, and Coral plus Gala did subsequently correct the 'unintended mistake'.
Direct timestamped link:
If it IS the case that the player was getting a staggering 7% less RTP than he thought then that is terrible. <6% house edge to around 13% is appalling. I hope it isn't the case, i really do.Yes all PnG games have those RTP settings, I think some of them even have an 81.
