Sign up played a week or 2, noticed no rtp values on P&G slots.

Was under the influence one day and had a bad run on some slots. Got Highly p** off. Went to chat told them to self exclude me and close account.

I'll admit I wasn't very nice about it.

Following day got an unauthorized bank withdrawal to my card. My bank rang to ask me. This was my first time ever this happening upon years and years off transactions.
Cancelled Card.

Since then nothing but spam mail to my email from some random addresses offering casino bonuses. Again for the last years, I have not experienced this.

Finally last week for the first time ever, I got a link to my phone number providing the same junk mail offer for a casino bonus.

All this after closing my account with CasinoFriday.

Highly coincidental? Not a hope in hell. Never again will I sign up to a Curacao license.

Yup just wondered where did my prizes go when I withdrew.. oh that's where. What is the point of prizes if you lose them on w/d? Presumably prizes have wagering so it's clearly just a trap.. Play prizes and have you funds locked to a wagering hell or withdraw and don't get the prizes at all. They're basically pointless, if you end up withdrawing.

I only withdrew a meager 50€ too, can't wait to see how long that takes to accept or if they will first send me to the document hell.

I found CasinoFriday to play my favourite games, Reactoonz 1 & 2 (Yeah, I know!).

In the game help file I couldnt see the RTP, so I asked livechat yesterday:

94% is low, but for me the absolute minimum to play Play 'n Go on. So off I go and I had a session on Reactoonz 1 and 2. The RTP-helpfile didnt felt good so I decided to check again today, with the help of the insepect page in Chrome (I forgot to do that yesterday). There I saw:

Did you even read the post? The prizes instantly vanish when you make a withdrawal. So if you end up winning aka withdrawing with your deposit, any prizes you may have accumulated will instantly vanish. This means that the prizes are literally useless unless you lost your deposit.

I had several unopened prizes in my prize section, and lo and behold - after withdrawal all had mysteriously vanished.

I know CM doesn't care about bonuses when it comes to accreditation so that's whatever, and I'm not gonna lose sleep over not getting to use those free spins. I just think it's a bit stinky to have a level up system that is completely invalidated if you end up winning.

And if that wasn't now enough, I see the post just above about the RTP. PnG is at 91%? Yeah thanks but no thanks.

They are reading, but they responded via PM (even though I never sent them a PM about this).

I'm not actually overly bothered about the FS thing simply because I don't wager enough to earn any proper prizes to begin with, but I'd imagine this upsets people who do play and wager a lot and consecutively earn ton of prizes. Similarly, I'm not actually that bothered about RTP, but imo it should be shown on the help file. Not showing it is just sneaky.

There's couple casinos I play regularly that have lower RTP than some others, but at least they're not hiding it. Btw that RTP thing via inspect page on Chrome, I can not find it. So was it somehow hidden/removed? The RTP might as well be 50% for all we know

1. The auto-forfeit of rewards when initiating a cashout is basically the same thing as forfeiting a bonus balance when initiating a withdrawal. However, we realize that a player feels that he has earned those rewards, a thusly it makes for a pretty bad player experience when they are auto-forfeited upon cashout. We have opted to change this, but unfortunately other tech issues have priority over the Level Up issue. Temporary solution: Contact support on Live Chat or email and ask them to add back your Level Up rewards. It’s not ideal, but it’s what we got until tech fixes it.

2. 91% RTP on Play ‘N Go not displayed. Yes, this is something we have done. No excuses, but I can offer some insight into why: We have tons of different game providers, all of which have an RTP of 94-97%, except Play ‘n Go which is at 91%. Why Play ‘N Go is at the level it is, is a business decision that I unfortunately can’t shed any light on. It's refreshing for a rep to cut the bull and be so honest. People see through the smoke and mirrors and you lose credibility.

An honest answer to your question - absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt.

You are a casino, and the products are the core of what you offer. Anything else, to me personally, is just hogwash.

Play'n GO are a leading provider with a decent share of player attention. Nothing you offer, as far as I know, will compensate for a player's losses at 91% RTP. In fact, nothing any casino offers will compensate for that loss compared to playing elsewhere at 96%.

Thanks for being so honest and not hiding, that's encouraging and not common with reps in my experience. If I could play at CasinoFriday I would, because of your attention to the forum and the perks you mention. I would just stay away from Play'n GO, that way I get the perks and play Relax BTG, Yggdrasil etc at 96%ish.

Rtp IS most important thing when it comes to get actual playtime For your deposits..
