Slotsmillion taking their time with verification

Ok so on Monday I had a big win of $2900 on a small deposit of $25

I went through the process of verifying my ID , address , bank statement for withdrawal and bank statement for the card I used
Sent pictures of the card I used

Now Slotsmillion are saying they want copy's of multiple cards on my file which are all gone due to them either being pre paid cards or lost and replaced bank cards

I was told two days ago that the financial team would take care of it asap but nothing has happened
My withdrawal is still in waiting statues aswell
I don't feel as if they are taking the appropriate steps here because I did all my diligence with sending all my appropriate documents in to them
I honestly feel like I'm getting the run around and I'd appreciate if a slotsmillion rep could possibly contact then for me and step it up

I haven't played Slotsmillion but was thinking of making some deposits but see user rating low. Compared to Playojo, 32Red and Bitstarz which have become my fav casinos to play at would it even be worth the time to play at Slotsmillion? Why user rating so low? I like the look of the site and game choice for Canadian. I usally go by user rating rather then CM rating when making a decision were I decide to play. Also a quick thanks to all the casinos that work hard on supplying Canada with great providers to play from. I prob play at CasinoCasino and No Bonus casino but with no BTG games available to us it's a deal breaker for me so again a great thanks to the casinos that supply BTG and Blueprint games to us Canadians.

I just checked and wow Slotsmillion do have a huge selection for Canadians... I might try a deposit there and see how that goes.
 
Checking reviews on other sites like pogg etc Slotsmillion seem to score high in everything except trustworthiness. The rating on many sites seems really close to how there rated here on CM by the members a average 6 out of 10. I'll still give them a try but I'll be cautious one run around or delay from them I'll never return.
 
The slotsmillion withdrawal times is what killed this casino. Sometime weeks not days for a withdrawal. There’s a thread here on the forum...
 
They have always paid me quickly, saying that I had the verification issue that I posted last time, it was all worked out, I go to w/d on the weekend and they are asking for screenshot of Ecopayz account (which I never use with them), I send screenshot and it gets rejected, my issue is that I sent them EXACTLY what they asked however they don't give any explanation of what the issue is so how the hell can I make an attempt to send them what they want when I don't know.....and its a screenshot, what could be more simple and clear???
 
Bizarre that this card thing has come up here as well. The cards are old, they no longer work! Why the need to see them if your current one is completely valid and normally only differs in last 4 digits!
 
When I look at @SlotsMillion their site is fantastic and they have a huuuge selection of slots. But they put next to ZERO effort into promotions or bonuses to retain players. In the the last year, I think I have received 4 emails, two were a reload bonus with 48x wagering requirements and a lengthy list of restricted games that cannot be played with a bonus

They could easily be a top casino for me except they don’t seem to really want my business.

I sent my documents in on Sept. 2, 2019 for verification. They are still “processing” and I am yet to be verified. I haven’t played there since.
 
Yes I know someone else given the run around by this outfit where verification is concerned. The person in question has been totally at a loss as to what the hell they could further do to satiate the casino request.

What's to stop them pulling a similar stunt to anyone who wins a decent sum of money? You can kinda understand the low trustworthiness reviews.

They asked me to jump through the hoops requesting bank statements etc for SOW or my account would be closed in 3 months time.

I managed to solve it in 10 seconds! Quick email saying “That’s fine close it”. No loss to me.

People I never thought I would say this but ritz casino is for me. I had 3 withdrawals in 3 weeks. Gone are bank wire fees, iam Canadian under w4 hrs in my bank account. Un fucking believable. I hit the mega on wolf gold 75cents bet all the money coins just dropped. 750$ , cashdrop yesterday 20$, 4 bounes cards on their last black jack promotion. You don't even have to win the hand. They upped their game.

Are you withdrawing with einterac if you're saying theres no bank wire fees?
 
Well believe it or not I gave it a shot deposited using the welcome bonus and I managed to clear it with a very decent withdrawal amount.

So I submitted along the documents required. Now we'll see how long it takes.
 
slotsmillion should get their act together.
they could be so good. great site design, tons of games.
but their workforce should be replaced with competent people
