Thursday morning got my confirmation and and SMS from gigadat
Friday morning funds deposited in my bank.

Also all my docs are verified without issues...

I have sent my driver licence for ID verification and it's been almost 8 days and banking info sent 4 days ago and both not verified still says processing. I know I can contact the Rep but I wanted to see how long this would take and besides I should not have to run after someone for something so simple. Never had a site take so long it's always been within hrs to a day at most for me at other sites so not impressed so far. No email from them as well.

I did do both sides and there has been no email to request anything else. The banking info is my April statement so do not see any reason why its still saying processing.

Have you a pending withdrawal? Maybe they check only when you withdraw?

No I do not have any withdrawal pending. I emailed them and did get a reply like you said documents not required till a withdrawal is made but they went ahead approved them.
Hasn't it been encourage to verify your docs first when signing up to avoid delays when you make a withdraw and why couldn't they just sent me a email to explain to me there process instead it sitting there for days saying processing, besides they verified my email and phone number a week ago.

I assume phone and email is validated by software not an actual human so it doesn't matter if you had a withdraw made or not.

Anyways yeah I agree with you they should verify doc regardless of if a withdraw has been requested or not.

Not knocking there credibility as I will be making deposits with them but isn't that irresponsible to say docs not needed till withdraw. I wanted my docs verified up front they should not delay that. So anyone can sign up and deposits thousands with out being versified but to make a withdrawal then its its needed and that's were delays and problems could happen for some and for some could be lost deposits or more.

The #1 reason I wanted my docs approved first with Slotsmillion to be honest like I said before, there reviews are not so great and normally I would not sign up with a casino that has so much negative reviews.

I trust Casinomeister and being there accredited and there choice of games for Canadians is the reason I am going to give them a try. I hope in the future and after making some withdraws that I can come back and give some positive feed back on them.

They look like a awesome site they should work harder to build up there credibility and improve there ratings.

It's funny I'm seeing a lot of this i.d stalling bollocks, I just went through 7 days of live chat 30 minute convos emails back and forth etc for 150 withdraw from some free spins.

Everyday they had a new excuse as to why they still couldn't process it etc. It's stalling tactics if you ask me

It's funny when you deposit it's lightning fast, Come to withdraw.... I had to send back and front of old card which luckily I still had, Then send front back of new, A picture of me logged into online banking Old card and New card, Driving license front, And a utility bill.

What a fucking disgrace when places like Sky Vegas etc just verify you through the electoral. Anyway it finally hit the bank yesterday and safe to say regardless of if my account is now fully verified or not, they can forget about me ever depositing there again.

I mean with the amount of i.d these fucks want, your almost scared there will be someone walking around in Nigeria pretending to be you.

I understand they need to verify you etc, But most sites are within 24 - 48 hours and then you have the pisstakers that just wind you up for a week hoping you will lose it all.

Bizarre that this card thing has come up here as well. The cards are old, they no longer work! Why the need to see them if your current one is completely valid and normally only differs in last 4 digits!

I'm getting the same issue. Have taken umpteen pictures of my card, yet it keeps getting rejected. They never answer emails and live chat is hopeless. I must say that they did pay my 2 recent withdrawals quickly.......next day it was in my bank account. But yea, I just don't get the issue with the card. Oh well, as long as my withdrawals are being approved without the need of proof of my card, then, whatever

When I look at @SlotsMillion their site is fantastic and they have a huuuge selection of slots. But they put next to ZERO effort into promotions or bonuses to retain players. In the the last year, I think I have received 4 emails, two were a reload bonus with 48x wagering requirements and a lengthy list of restricted games that cannot be played with a bonus

They could easily be a top casino for me except they don’t seem to really want my business.

My thoughts exactly. I've put hundreds into this site yet have only been rewarded with 20 free spins. Earlier today, I emailed them to ask if they could kindly add something in return for my continued loyalty and my many deposits. So far I haven't received a response. I'm all about casinos rewarding loyal players. Many I play at frequently reward me, so I'm disappointed Slotsmillion don't follow suit. 48x wagering is also ridiculous, and to limit the slots where a bonus can be played is just daft.

Don't get me wrong, I'd still take it just to have a bonus...........ANY bonus!
