I recently had to cancel a debit card and order a new one. Then I spoke to casino chat and had the old one deleted so I could register my new one and deposit. Made 2 deposits with new card, no problems.
Couple days later made a withdrawal back to my new debit card and received email asking for copies of old debit card or copies of bank statement in pdf form showing all deposits made on the old card.
Sent email stating that I'm not willing to supply requested info and close the acct and forward withdrawals accordingly.
They email me saying they can't close the acct until I have provided the info they're asking for.
Are they allowed to do this?
