Slotsmillion taking their time with verification

Ok so on Monday I had a big win of $2900 on a small deposit of $25

I went through the process of verifying my ID , address , bank statement for withdrawal and bank statement for the card I used
Sent pictures of the card I used

Now Slotsmillion are saying they want copy's of multiple cards on my file which are all gone due to them either being pre paid cards or lost and replaced bank cards

I was told two days ago that the financial team would take care of it asap but nothing has happened
My withdrawal is still in waiting statues aswell
I don't feel as if they are taking the appropriate steps here because I did all my diligence with sending all my appropriate documents in to them
I honestly feel like I'm getting the run around and I'd appreciate if a slotsmillion rep could possibly contact then for me and step it up

Checking reviews on other sites like pogg etc Slotsmillion seem to score high in everything except trustworthiness. The rating on many sites seems really close to how there rated here on CM by the members a average 6 out of 10. I'll still give them a try but I'll be cautious one run around or delay from them I'll never return.

They have always paid me quickly, saying that I had the verification issue that I posted last time, it was all worked out, I go to w/d on the weekend and they are asking for screenshot of Ecopayz account (which I never use with them), I send screenshot and it gets rejected, my issue is that I sent them EXACTLY what they asked however they don't give any explanation of what the issue is so how the hell can I make an attempt to send them what they want when I don't know.....and its a screenshot, what could be more simple and clear???

When I look at @SlotsMillion their site is fantastic and they have a huuuge selection of slots. But they put next to ZERO effort into promotions or bonuses to retain players. In the the last year, I think I have received 4 emails, two were a reload bonus with 48x wagering requirements and a lengthy list of restricted games that cannot be played with a bonus

They could easily be a top casino for me except they don’t seem to really want my business.

I sent my documents in on Sept. 2, 2019 for verification. They are still “processing” and I am yet to be verified. I haven’t played there since.

Well believe it or not I gave it a shot deposited using the welcome bonus and I managed to clear it with a very decent withdrawal amount.

So I submitted along the documents required. Now we'll see how long it takes.

Friday morning funds deposited in my bank.

I have sent my driver licence for ID verification and it's been almost 8 days and banking info sent 4 days ago and both not verified still says processing. I know I can contact the Rep but I wanted to see how long this would take and besides I should not have to run after someone for something so simple. Never had a site take so long it's always been within hrs to a day at most for me at other sites so not impressed so far. No email from them as well.

I did do both sides and there has been no email to request anything else. The banking info is my April statement so do not see any reason why its still saying processing.

No I do not have any withdrawal pending. I emailed them and did get a reply like you said documents not required till a withdrawal is made but they went ahead approved them.

I assume phone and email is validated by software not an actual human so it doesn't matter if you had a withdraw made or not.

Anyways yeah I agree with you they should verify doc regardless of if a withdraw has been requested or not.

Not knocking there credibility as I will be making deposits with them but isn't that irresponsible to say docs not needed till withdraw. I wanted my docs verified up front they should not delay that. So anyone can sign up and deposits thousands with out being versified but to make a withdrawal then its its needed and that's were delays and problems could happen for some and for some could be lost deposits or more.

The #1 reason I wanted my docs approved first with Slotsmillion to be honest like I said before, there reviews are not so great and normally I would not sign up with a casino that has so much negative reviews.

I'm getting the same issue. Have taken umpteen pictures of my card, yet it keeps getting rejected. They never answer emails and live chat is hopeless. I must say that they did pay my 2 recent withdrawals quickly.......next day it was in my bank account. But yea, I just don't get the issue with the card. My thoughts exactly. I've put hundreds into this site yet have only been rewarded with 20 free spins. Earlier today, I emailed them to ask if they could kindly add something in return for my continued loyalty and my many deposits. So far I haven't received a response. I'm all about casinos rewarding loyal players. Many I play at frequently reward me, so I'm disappointed Slotsmillion don't follow suit. 48x wagering is also ridiculous, and to limit the slots where a bonus can be played is just daft.

Don't get me wrong, I'd still take it just to have a bonus...........ANY bonus!
