Just got an email from Tropezia, they're sister casino SlotsMillion went live. Need to have a proper look at the terms and stuff,
but this is what got my attention

slotsmillion.webp

Even Playtech and Rival, all under one roof

I have contacted the top affy guy, and this is basically a "soft launch" to enable them to iron out any teething problems before they go "fully live".

They do have a few issue to work on, so if giving them a try you might experience a technical problem or two. But they are top guys and I'm sure they will ensure all their players are kept happy... except us in the UK who are itching to try it, but can't :(

Variety and Website looks great, only downside is that they have "48 hours" cashout period (asked support), so that is too much.... I'm just used to casinos that pay me in a few hours to my e-wallet...

That is disappointing, but thanks for info.

I know Tropezia Palace used to have or still have 48 hours oblogatory pending time on withdrawals, which is why I don't promote them or play there.

I was hoping this new brand would operate without any obligatory pending time at all (process as soon as possible).

Maybe the rep can confirm the 48h pending time?

Also - how about weekend cashouts?

OK, so made my first deposit earlier today and it didn't go exactly hassle free.

1. Couldn't deposit in Explorer, was getting "session timed out" on deposit page. Had to switch to Firefox, where it was all extremely slow,
but managed to deposit and went back to Explorer.

2. There is no slider bar in game selection. It is only showing the top 10 or so games, can't scroll down.

3. NextGen is very slow.

On the plus side, Alicia from support was very nice and NetEnt with MGS ran smoothly. And of course, busted out :D

That scroll down thing, Left click mouse button aand drag up/down page, When I looked at site thats the only way I could navigate, Like KK said the be ironing that out hopefully, But no use to me being in UK

just a quick question as i am not sure of this i know if a cashino doesnt take uk players in the uk thats fine

but what about if a uk resident was abroad on a holiday would that work at all or would it fail as the cashino would ask for i.d anyway as i am confused

Very interesting site, really like the game choice and design. Just signed up there through cm and wanted to make my first deposit only to see that neteller doenst work at the moment, cs told me there would be some issues that are hopefully resolved till noon. :(

Tried SlotsMillion last weekend when I got email about it from the Tropezia Palace.

Professional looking site. Depositing and playing worked like a charm. Very good variety on slots.

No complaints from me!

Hi psmith2012!

That is actually a really good question! From what I can conclude, the practice in real life is "better to be safe than sorry". If the casino is not licensed in the country which the player is resident of, it will prevent opening of the account in the first place.

Neteller issue was solved over an hour ago, hope that you did not have to wait long!

Has anyone played at 21nova?

Hi, has anyone played at 21nova, and if they have what are the cashouts and withdrawals like? I made a couple of deposits today, and met the wagering requirements and now I have a decent withdrawal, just wondering what peoples experience of withdrawals was??

PS, this post is in the wrong place, but I have no idea how to start a new thread!!!!

so for 1 example if there is uk citzen [sorry about the spelling] is living abroad they would be still classed as living in the uk then from the cashinos side as techinally if you are not in the uk there isnt any geo blocking as all you need is a prepay card of which you can register at any forgein address i.e a hotel you are staying at and so on

but it seems the ukgc has'nt really though the law through well enough but it does leave plenty of questions to answer though

Hi there!

I recommend that you do a search for 21nova the upper right corner (there is a search box). That should take you to the right place.
Cheers!

It is likely that you should not have a problem opening an account if you're using local address and a prepaid payment method. I mean, let's be honest here, the casino is happy to accept your payment and if you're not talking about a large amount, you'll probably not trigger any red flags. The only issue you might have is if you win and you make a request for withdrawal, it is most likely that the casino will ask you for your documents to verify your identity and then most likely if the casino does not have a UK license, the withdrawal will be canceled.

Because we talking about online businesses, the licensing laws and jurisdictions usually target the country of residence, not your physical location.
Please note that I am no expert in this matter!!

Hi hoff1985!

Our aim is to process withdrawals as they come in, depending on the queue, the average withdrawal should take only a few hours.

Hey rainmaker!
I can confirm that we will not have 48 hour pending time, we will process the payment as they come in. At the moment we do not have weekend withdrawals, as we recruit more staff and they receive the proper training, the weekend withdrawals will also be processed!!
Cheers!

I thought at first that you mean Slotobank. I often hear about it. anyone can say any reviews about it? As for me, I am in awe of him :)

That was your second post about Slotobank. That is not a popular casino in here but a very bad one noone should play in.
This is a thread about Slotsmillion so do a search for your casino up in the right corner and lets focus on the casino the thread is about instead.

Gave the casino a try.
Alot of slots, the mg and netent slots work fine but theres a lag playing the other slots, long spin times.
Nice site, easy to navigate.
I made a small withdraw and lets see how long it will take.

I really didn't like how their system saved my neteller security code in to their system and there was no way to remove it. If someone is able to get access to my casino account...they get my neteller security code as a bonus as it's shown there all the time. Made me feel too insecure about this site and had to close my account there unfortunately.
Slots were working fine except playtech slots. When I tried to play them...it went to some playtech login screen even though I was logged in to my casino account all the time.
I liked the bonuses and the amount of slots, but that neteller security code issue was a deal breaker for me.

Things like that I do not like,
I no a bingo site, Well known. When deposit and withdraw it asks for nothing, E.G password or cvv, Just enter amount and thats it, If somebody hit your account by any means than alow it may be difficult for them to get hold of your money but who is to say they would not try and still make large deposits or even skint you out to you realize what's going on

Freaking shill for Slotobank. IP address matches another slotobank shill account. Great way to get fast-tracked to the Rogue Pit.

Hi vorcirion!

Thank you for your feedback. Just to let you know, in the account settings, you can easily remove the payment data.
I will bring this up in our meeting, and see if we can add an option to save or not to save the password during your payment process.

In regards to the playtech slots, majority of them were actually added yesterday morning, so during the day we did a lot of testing - that is probably why you experienced this. I think that maybe few players today might experience the the same but that should be it.

Should I ping you back once we have created an option for the neteller security code?

Thank you for checking us out!!
Cheers

Maybe a good time to elaborate on this right now. If someone is to get access to your account, there is no way that they will be able to withdraw the money to another account.

If somebody was to get access to your account, and spend your money, you would have to report this for us to start an investigation. In my 5+ years working in casinos, I have not seen this fraud yet. I think that people are quite careful with their casino accounts passwords. If somebody can get your casino account password, they are probably not far away from your payment password as well.

I personally prefer the one click buy in Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce sites, and the one click deposit in the casinos - and I usually don't go back to the sites where I have to reenter my details every time. Because of this I consider my account passwords equally important as the payment passwords.

This will maybe sound stupid but I understand him. I know I have the same at Vera&John and I'm not scared that anyone else would use my account. I'm actually scared because the casino people can see it. It's them I'm afraid of.
I do trust the casinos I play at, but that doesn't mean everyone that works there are ok.

Tried them last night, 2 deposits, 1 withdrawal. Just received the confirmation mail that my WD has been accepted and processed. So under 12 hours, not to shabby for a first time WD.

I really like that you can cashout any winnings if you havent touched the bonus money. If i had read the rules right i could have cashed out a lot more, but thats my own fault. I thought i have to make the WD and never checked the bonus amount while playing.:D And keep in mind you wagering only starts if you use the bonus money.

Looks like a great new competitor.

Hi Tirilej!
Casino employees cannot see your data, it is encrypted and hidden! We cannot see the full numbers of your cards, nor your passwords, nor CVV codes. The support agents can usually see only the four last numbers of your card, so that they're able to help. In our company we have only two people who are able to see your full data, that is the payments manager and the fraud manager, they have the highest security clearance from everyone in the company, no one else can see this info. I am pretty sure this practice is the same for all serious casinos.
If the employees would be able to see these details, I am sure there will be many exciting headlines in the newspapers :)

Good to hear
Then just make sure I have to fill in my SecureID for Neteller every time I make a deposit and I'll feel even more secure :)

After the neteller issues were resolved pretty fast yesterday i could aslo make my first deposit (Heads up to your very friendly cs agent who did not forgot to inform me once neteller was up and running again). What I consider "not good" is the fact that the neteller secure code is saved in visible numbers, i would also opt for having to enter each deposit, acc # can and should be saved, but the secure code should be treated more sensitive, imagine smb gets to your casino account and empties your neteller as all data is saved and visible, i do not want to have to deal with neteller cs explaining, and trying to get that back. :o

Anyway, for slotsmillion sofar i must say i really like the site. First good point is the whole design and interface, looks solid and well thought, works perfectly fine. The game choice is really outstanding, was nice to do some spius on scary rich once again. Still palying on my first dep+bonus so let´s see ...;) Hopefully i can comment on the wd process soon ;)
What I also noticed is that some games from certain providers seem to lack a bit more then others. Netent and Microgaming worked very smooth for me , whereas rival games lack very long and its not a big fun palying them for longer time as each spin takes like ages. I seem to remember that was the same for me on tropezia, but hey at least these guys offer rivals on amulti platform web based casino ;) pretty unique...

Iam pretty sure they will pass the bbf easily

Already experiences with cashout duration? Support told me up to 48 hours, but i would like to hear some real experiences, as 48 hours is pretty lame these days :-)

Hello again!
This is how it works: all the withdrawals are processed in the order they are received, that could be anything from five minutes and we estimate maximum up to 24 hours during business days. At the moment the queue seems to be between 4 to 12 hours, depending if your withdrawal request was done in the morning or in the evening.
Once the withdrawal has been processed, it is usually in your account instantly, of course depending on which withdrawal method you are using.

The agent probably said 48 hours because they're thinking of the weekend, because we do not process withdrawals during the weekends. Also the agents are being careful not to promise anything they cannot deliver, "better be safe than sorry".

There are already some feedbacks about the withdrawal times, here in this thread.
