Guts terrible game play

I hazily remember actually clearing my cookies & cache one time, a couple of years ago. Worst part being, it worked :oops::oops::oops:

Needless to say, not so much since. I can't believe they still throw that line out there. It has to be an in-joke, shirley :mad:

It really isn't since that most of the time is the issue, and there is constantly new customers signing up that has no idea about what they mean.
I forget sometimes and I clearly see a difference in many places. It's a pain, but we can always start our chat with telling them not just about our problems but also that we already have cleareded and done what we can. Maybe we will be taking more seriously then too.

IMO we should ALWAYS be taken seriously.

We are the customer after all :D
 
it still is playing up , now both days i've tried twice this week i've been kicked out from server , im afraid its time for the account to go , guts sort your crap out , quick spin tonight kicked again not good enough at all !!!!

Players don't get taken seriously from casinos full-stop. Even with the latest and greatest rig or internet connection the casinos will attempt to shift the blame.

So as much as you enjoy defending them, they've been turning a deaf ear for years, so it's extremely hard to take anything they say seriously these days.

What I do know though is that Guts started up on the Every Matrix platform, and it wasn't running good there. There were constantly problems and complains.
That was the very reason why they started the platform it runs on now. They of course wanted everything to work fine. They had ideas and they still do.

Maybe there are too many casinos there now, maybe there are events they can't control or maybe the technical staff isn't good enough. They do want it to run ok though or they have to deal with complaints and maybe lose players and money.
I can assure you I get just as disappointed as anyone else when things don't work, but I always try to see all sides of everything. That does not mean I enjoy defending them.

Drastic increase in new casinos, together with a huge increase in 'traffic' has lead to 90% of these problems.

Just my thoughts! :D

Or that when they fix something to make it work for some people it decrease some things for others.
Rizk had worked perfect for me earlier. No problems at all. Then I was told that others had problems so they changed a few things and made some updates. I can hardly play there at all now. So what did they do?:eek2::p
Guts working fine for me though, so why not for everyone.

There's millions of gamers playing simultaneously off servers too, probably many more than use online gambling, but you don't see these types of recurring crippling issues.

It's got so bad that we end up inadvertently defending casinos' shoddy practices whilst nothing is ever fixed :cool:
 
Everything worked like dream, when they first moved to their own platform, although I can't speak for Guts, since I don't play there. But I did play at Betspin and everything worked perfectly.
Then as time when on and new sites were added, the problems became worse and worse.

I got sick of taking a gamble on whether things would be working good, or not
So their sites now only get one, maybe two, of my deposits a week. And only usually when i'm playing after midnight, which I assume would be off-peak hours.


It seems like they moved from EveryMatrix's overloaded servers to their own new platform, and then overloaded their own servers, by adding too many other sites.

Good Point, I'm tired and only operating at 40% efficency zzzz :p

Another point I made in a totally different thread a while backthat I stand by (cant recall when/where) is that the casinos know at the end of the day their customers are gamblers (not particularly all problem gamblers, but gamblers none the less) and will play regardless, its what we do!

It's what we do , but things are changing John people are getting more & more pissed with being booted from games laggy sessions, just poor overall performance from casinos , they damn well make enough money out of players , so why should i graft all week to earn my cash just to pop on as it's a guess to whether im going to have a good session without lag , getting booted or winning for that matter , as most of you i play most days but it's going to come to a end because im not going to keep checking 50 or a 100 , 200 on sites where this shite happens.

Getting rather pi$$ed off with it . im better going out down the bookies, than to be told clear your cookies , do you have any other things running bla bla bla were not sure what the problem is , as we've had no other complaints, i just think its total bollocks & they know it :rolleyes::rolleyes:

I know I don't. I've stopped trying. All my problems with Rizk and I haven't said a word to support, just to their rep here. Although that haven't been really complaining either:oops:
So I never talk to them when I have problems. Maybe too many are doing like me and just wait for them to fix a problem they never know exist.

I don't agree about us just keep on playing though. I go where I know I have less problems.

Thats the trouble, flash players are constant updates, web browsing is constant up date, and all the rest, this is even before we go into java or html, Than there is the providers servers than the casino providing us,

What ever happen to XP, Nothing is going to work if every thing is constand update, Not just a small update but when microsoft or other browser's decide to upgrade to a new version than every one has to follow suit,

Than all the java and flash player new release, Than they release computer games which thank god I do not play that people do need a super computer to run the grapics,

as for a gamer I have a fairly kick ass PC, as I used to multibox world of warcraft, so x5 windows running at once. As well as some FPS games, but just dont have the time too play much now anyways

I have just calmed down from pure RAGE, share and feel your pain

Not just Rhino (several times) but Montezuma and about 8 MGS slots too, my blood was literally BOILING and I thought at one point I was gonna have a self induced melt down!

I practically did have a meltdown on live chat, said I might as well took my 100 quid and burnt it, did you go to live chat?

No mate, if I'd done that at the 'height' of my mood, it would have been like pouring petrol on a bonfire or giving a two year old a machete to play with.

I have PM'ed Yits and will give him a couple of days to look into it and reply.

Never am I one to slate sites etc, Yits has been responsive and understanding to me over the months but today was the worst and the maddest by a long, long shot ! :mad:

A message for guts , i've told you about your games not working more than once . book of ra , cannot connect server problem your new genii games half don't work, the constant lag , disconnections , booted from server & endless other things seeing as you don't listen to your players has resulted in myself closing my account for 5 years , but hay im sure you have plenty of new players to pi$$ off as well

The point is by me adding to this thread you may listen to your players in future !!!!
